Great car buying experience!

Great car buying experience! Peyton in sales took excellent care of us during the entire process. Finance dept. was flawless! Vehicle was spotless and filled up ready to go when we arrived. We will be back! Thank you South Hills Lincoln!

Buying a Navigator Black on-line was a first-time

Buying a Navigator Black on-line was a first-time experience for us especially since we are in Florida. Russ Martin our salesperson was great and responsive. Russ kept in communication during the whole process even helping with detailed pictures and staying on top of getting the vehicle shipped to us. Answered all our questions and overall, a great experience

Awsome service

we travled from oak harbor ohio to south hills lincoln because from what research i did online, a lincoln was THE car to buy if u really wanted to treat yourself. i couldnt believe all the air bags it has and all the bells and whistles of luxury. Sam Belman bent over backwards to help me and i really appreciate his help and knowledge only being there a few months. any questions i had he quickly called me back to answer. he is awsome and i will tell all my friends where i got my beautiful suv. way to go sam !!!!

I would absolutely recommend this dealership and the...

I would absolutely recommend this dealership and the salesman Ron. He was excellent to work with! The Service department was a complete nightmare though. There was an issue with our car when we picked it up and drove home. Called and couldn’t get us in for nearly 2 weeks. Were given zero updates in 24 hours until multiple messages were left. Was not able to complete the work that day and left it over the weekend. Called late Monday afternoon to check on status and they had yet to begin because they forgot the car was there. Started work before closing but had to leave it for another day again.

Visited the dealership to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge...

Visited the dealership to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge that was advertised in the Washington Observer newspaper. I dealt with salesman Craig W. and he was very cordial and understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle. Between Craig and the used car manager Dan, it was a very stress free experience. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle as I wasn't sure it was what I really wanted, I will definitively consider doing business there in the future if I see a vehicle that really interests me.

Poor customer service

Beware of the service department at South Hills Lincoln especially Janelle. Strung me along for two days concerning the repair of my vehicle. Never did even take a look at it. Communication was horrendous. Did not return phones messages regarding a status update. When finally tracked her down she spoke to me in a condescending manner. If you want you car repair and treated properly take it elsewhere.

I wish Kevin worked somewhere else because he's great

***I wanted to edit this review to reflect that I had the opportunity to have a face to face meeting with the general manager, Rick Jacobs Jr. During our meeting all of my customer concerns were addressed. Because I have been loyal to this dealership in the past, I am planning to return again for my next service in hopes of a pleasant experience.*** I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I purchased my car here in 2016 from a wonderful salesman who has since retired. Over the last two years I have had my car serviced for regular oil changes, state inspections, and other mechanical issues. On June 15th I had my car scheduled for an oil change and state inspection. During the inspection it was found that my breaks needed changed. The breaks were changed that day and took 4 hours. Two hours after leaving the service appointment I noticed that my car was making unusual sounds and took it back the following morning. When I was there on June 16th the staff told me that I probably ran over a rock or did something to it that caused it to make these sounds. At the time I tried to brush off the accusatory tone I was being spoken to in because I was panicked that something was seriously wrong with the car. The staff gave me a rental car to use and told me that it was dirty because it had just been returned that morning but it wasn't too dirty. I got into the car and there was trash in either door console and broken fingernails in the cup holders. I went to pick up my car after they told me it had been repaired on two occasions only to find on both occasions that they did not fix the problem. It took 11 days total to fix the issue. In this 11 days my car also sat in flood water for an evening due to the parking lot flooding. No one called to tell me about the flooding, I was told as I was about to drive away. After much more frustration due to lack of communication between the staff and myself, I requested to speak to the general manager, Rick Jacobs. Rick choose to have other staff call me rather than call me himself as I requested. I even received a call from a salesman asking if I had thought about upgrading to a new vehicle, since I was having trouble with my car. The only staff member who was helpful was Kevin, the supervisor in the service department. After making four requests to speak to Rick I finally received a condescending voicemail from him with a laundry list of reasons why he was too busy to call me previously and accusing me of being "unsatisfied" with being called by other staff members. Upon finally speaking with Rick he continued to be condescending and cold towards me. I explained that it wasn't that I was "unsatisfied" but that I, as a customer, did not receive the service that I requested. They do not value their customers here and do not take their concerns seriously.

A+ Dealership

We traveled over an hour to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I can't say enough about how comfortable they made us feel. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Our salesman Ron Toomey and the General Manager Rick Jacobs Jr. were great. I will recommend this dealership and Ron & Rick to anyone looking for a car. When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely go back.
