    Neal made my car purchasing experience headache free. A true gentleman and dedicated to his job. Neal brought all the paperwork and the car to me due to my busy work schedule. No one else that I know does this. I will return to Ebersole Honda without a doubt for my next vehicle. Thank you again Neal.

    If I was still having the very same problem that I had when you 'fixed' it at the end of last summer, than why should it matter to me that different codes read out now??? It's the very same problem. I don't think you figured it out. I believe it has more to do with wires being frayed, or something less expensive. For me to have to pay $100 to have you tell me it would cost me $700 to fix it, seems ludicrous.

    Hi Tara, Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent service experience. It is our goal to come to a better overall outcome with every customer, every time. Your complete satisfaction is necessary for our business to succeed. In this situation our findings varied, we believe our diagnosis is correct and I would be happy to discuss this with you in further detail. In short, these service visits occurred 10 months apart and the initial repair developed different codes (symptoms) than the second repair. Also, the ABS motor is a sealed unit in a 97 Buick Century and a replacement is necessary. Please be assured that we go to great lengths to be competitive, reasonable and err on the side of the customer, especially in the event we find any possibility that we made a mistake.     We bought a used Sierra that had an issue before we got home (approx 30 miles). We called right away and they set up for a diagnosis and covered most of the cost($800.00 repair). We were even given a rental car so we didn't have to make arrangements for drop off or pick up of the truck while it was being repaired. The dealership stood behind the sale of a reliable vehicle. They even washed the truck after the repair. Great staff in all the areas we encountered.

    My husband has purchased a number of vehicles from Ebersole over the years but this was the first time I did. My experience was great. Linda Mendenhall was professional, courteous and never pushed me to make a decision. I felt I received a fair price as well. Delivery and financing was a smooth process. The dealership carries a large selection so there was no need to go searching for our vehicle at other dealerships. A recommended and respectful place to do business.

    We just bought our 4th CRV and 5th car from Ebersoles! Very honest dealership. They aren't pushy like other places are. They give great deals too! Neil Eckert, in sales, is a very nice man. He goes out of his way to help and the paperwork goes quick. He is thorough, taking the time to answer all your questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks!
