I don’t know how to explain it, but the manager (?) his name is Bill I believe; he’s make jokes and get really close and say “haha I’m... baaaad” i don’t know it was weird, really weird. They fixed my brake noise though!
Couldn’t make a deal when I visited but later was callled by someone I guess works online for all Bowser car brands. He asked why I didn’t... buy and I said I couldn’t make a deal and since then had gotten a better deal elsewhere and was going to purchase at that dealer. He offered to match and exceed it. He called me back with a better deal. I said okay and went in to do the purchase. The salesman - not the man who called me - seemed unhappy that I had this deal - I had nothing to do with it. They called me. They said they could meet the deal I had elsewhere. So I agreed. Seems the online sales people v the showroom sales people don’t get along. The sale was completed but I’ve been treated poorly since then when I had any questions or concerns. I was ignored, not called back, and when I went in person - with a smile on my face and behaving very cordially - I was treated badly by the manager. Very sorry I bought there. If there is a problem between people who call potential customers who didn't buy and the people in the showroom don’t take it out in the customer. Wish I had gone to the other dealer - bowser was just closer for me.

I was referred to Bowser Hyundai by a dear friend who was also a satisfied customer. My communication with Lorri Z., Greg P., and Marc M. was the best... buying experience I've ever encountered. They were very professional, no pressure AT ALL to buy, patient and accommodating in every way. The reviews I read about the dealership and others experiences also lead me in the direction of Bowser. I will definitely refer people whom I may encounter looking to purchase a car to give Bowser dealership a chance.

I will NEVER NEVER EVER bring my car back to this dealership. The work was done perfectly, the technicians were phenomenal. My issue was with the Hyundai... service manager, Bill Mehring. He YELLED in my face trying to get attention of the mechanics, he stole a tire off of a new car to put on a customers (and even said to the technician “this isn’t the first time just put it in a rack”) he took way too long to talk to me about authorizing work, and he treated the express technicians terribly as well as the lot workers!! I don’t know their names but I hope that if any of you see this, I want you to know I am SO SORRY that you have to work under that man. He is NOT a good manager and you should NOT have to work under those conditions. The technicians were incredible, the parts employees were extremely efficient, and the other advisors seemed to be much MUCH more capable of their jobs. Mr. Mehring, if you see this; YOU are alone the reason I nor my friends/family will NEVER be back.

Great people to do business with!!! Everyone was very helpful from sales to the paperwork.
They were ready at the appointed time, they were attentive to my requests, they completed the service quickly and well.
Over the years me and my family members have purchased many and I do mean many i.e. 17 vehicles from Bowser. This isn't to say bowser has the best deals... because in the past when I compared I could usually get the same or better price at another dealership. However, if you're looking for a dealership with great service people as I do then Bowser is definitely the one. I myself have purchased 7 Buicks from Bowser and for one main reason Dave Berger and his GM mechanics are the best. I know without a doubt when Dave tells me I need a repair then I need a repair and his people like Scot so a fantastic job. Most recently, I purchased a Hyundai Sonata for my wife and the Hyundai department with Bill Mehring seems to be the same quality service department. The bottom line if you're looking for price, go out and shop; however, if you want the best trustworthy service you can't go wrong with Bowser. If you looking for a Buick I would suggest you introduce yourself to Dave Berger in the service department and establish a relationship because in all my years of owning vehicles Dave and his staff are some of the best.

The service department is a professional class act. I had an oil change and tire rotation. As always, they were very courteous and efficient.
