    Found this dealer on internet with terrific selection of cars. Found an Amazing Kia Optima! Fully Loaded! Great price! Ryan Kiffer provided excellent customer satisfaction in product knowledge, friendliness, professionalism. Chuck (Manager/Supervisor) personally made time to also inspect the car. He authorized their body shop to provide cosmetic touch up on a slightly scratched front corner at No Charge. A body shop person crawled on the ground, inspecting the entire car; underneath and around the outside. Ryan continued his terrific personal touch and honestly wrote down the details of the purchase. Jed (finance) walked us through the numbers of the purchase, answering all our questions. Jed shopped around and found a lower interest rate. He also carefully explained the excellent service packages and hand-crafted a detailed package for us, providing great protection for the car while saving us yet more money! The entire crew is so friendly and professional that we brought in a pizza and shared it with everybody! Ryan even invited our dog to come on in for the pizza party! Our dog loved everyone! She laid down right at the feet of the wonderful staffers at the Kenny Ross Dealership. Toffee loves Kenny Ross and her New Car!

    I worked with Ben Aul in Sales. He helped me to understand my leasing a vehicle as opposed to buying one. He was patient, friendly, and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with every aspect of my getting a new vehicle. I would, and have mentioned Kenny Ross dealership to friends, and specifically recommended Ben as an excellent person to talk with if considering a car.

    Ben was great to work with when I came to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. . He had solid knowledge of Ford products and was very helpful in assisting me with my car decision and eventual buying. Ben was very informative and was most willing to answer all my questions. My experience with car buying was a great experience due to a great salesman. Also as my car buying experience was being completed the Finance manager was very kind and through in answering my questions . The whole car buying experience from beginning to completion was good because of a great salesman and other knowledgeable staff

    The service department is the worst. They don't schedule your appointments correctly over the phone or listen to you when you give them a cell phone number instead of the home number for you they have on file. They run out of envelopes when you drop it off the night before. Then the service adviser, Rob, blames all their mistakes on you and offers nothing to make it right, even though they were open for 4 more hours and all you needed done was a state inspection and emission on a 2 year old car with 13,000 miles. I had to call the service manager who apologized, but still didn't offer to make it right before I picked up the car. I would have had to bring it back, which is a huge inconvenience for a single person who doesn't live near the dealership. When I picked up the car, they didn't have my insurance and registration with the paperwork and keys at the cashier. I didn't notice until I got to my car. I checked my glovebox and didn't see them in there. I went back and another rude service adviser, named Chris, asked me twice if I checked the glove box because "that where we put them" and said abruptly when he was done another customer, he would go out and search my car for them. I angrily left and tore apart my glovebox and found them stuffed in the back with a bunch of napkins. Again, he implied that this was my fault for not searching hard enough or that I should have magically known that their best practice is to hide your important papers in your glovebox instead of keep them with your other paperwork and keys, like all other dealerships and garages that I have been to. They have the worst customer service skills, terrible best practices for handling paperwork and their service advisers escalate problems and blame the customers for the faults of the dealership. I have never left a garage or dealership so angry. It was like I was in a bizarre alternate universe.
