Service Center

I recently had my ford explorer towed into the service center on a Thursday morning for a wheel bearing replacement. Not a major repair and was advised I would have my vehicle back the next day. I received no calls on the status I had to call them at the end of the day. It wasn't repaired. I didn't get my vehicle back until Tuesday - 4 business days later. I had to repeatedly call them to find out the status. Poor communication and no reason a minor repair should take 4 full days!

NEVER AGAIN !!!

I received poor customer service. I was talked to like an idiot. Service dept. NOT customer oriented to me anyhow. Tried to sell me services my car NEVER needed. Got second opinion. Glad I did save me $300 Beware of the service dept. Always get a second opinion for ANY major repairs

Services

I have been a customer for approximately 12 years since I moved from NJ. I have always been satisfied. If my vehicle needs to be serviced for a long period of time, I have been able to get a loaner vehicle. I value their advice. I feel that they do not push unnecessary service and recommend services that are needed to keep my car running. My vehicle is a 2004 Explorer and plan to keep it as long as I can. I have always brought my vehicle for state inspection.

2016 F150 XLT Standard Cab

This is my 4th Purchase from Maguires and 3rd from Chuck Clouser. Very easy transaction on a vehicle that was hard to find and at another dealer. They gave a great deal on the purchase and trade. I highly recommend Maguires Ford. Remember they are still locally owned and managed.

Great deal and friendly, no pressure salesman

Mike was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and got us a great deal. We actually stopped in to look at a new car and left 3.5 hours later with the new car. They had a good selection of cars and everyone was very friendly and we felt no pressure to buy a car.

New Car Buying Experience

This is the second vehicle I bought from Maguire's Ford. While there was a slight hiccup with the moon roof on the 2017 Escape, Darin and crew did everything in their power to get the car ready as soon as possible and compensated when it was not ready to roll off of the lot. Love their new facilities!!!
