    Leased a new Cherokee from them. They gave me the runaround on pricing for a while and we finally agreed on a price after the manager "applied some... coupons". I don't know why the coupons weren't applied from the beginning. They had to get the exact vehicle I wanted (color, wheels, etc) from another dealership. I was told it would be there in a couple of days. I was still waiting almost a week later with very little communication from my salesman. I put a deposit on the vehicle and wanted to pick it up on a Saturday but was told they don't deliver vehicles on Saturdays due to the "volume in the showroom". I was in the showroom on a Saturday myself and there weren't that many people in there. I found that disrespectful that I couldn't pick it up on Saturday after they already had my money. I had to ask the salesman to have a hitch installed about three times before it was done, and he quoted me the wrong price. When I picked up the vehicle I was given hardly any explanation of the features in it or how to set up anything. Luckily I had a Grand Cherokee right before that and already knew how most of it worked. I was told my salesman was "new", but that's no excuse for the poor communication and lack of customer service. I felt like once I gave them my deposit they were done paying any attention to me.

    I bought a 2007 Jeep Commander from a dealer in Bel Air MD almost 2 years ago . And the experience I had at Baker Jeep was the complete opposite. I drove... 150 to this dealership specifically because they had what I wanted and treated my so well along with worked with me. I would definitely buy from them again. They explained everytjing to me so well and in detail.

    This dealer is not what it used to be. Follow up after lease/purchase is poor. Service is sub-par. I've leased three vehicles from here in the past,... one was a lemon (not their fault). My girlfriend leased a vehicle from here which, as it turns out, is also a lemon. Her leasing experience was not good, follow up contact was poor, service could not reproduce the issue (happens) but when she called another Jeep dealer for service they were VERY helpful. She will not be returning to Baker. The other dealer is also going to work with getting her out of her lemon. I won't be returning there either.

    Horrible experience, We agreed on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I gave the dealer a deposit to hold the Jeep for one day so I could bring my wife up the next... day. The shady salesman said he would place a sold sign on the vehicle so I no one else could buy it. I am an active member of the Army and had to work late the following day. I could not make it in. I told the salesman this and he never replied. I gave a deposit so I figured it would be ok. I came up the following day to pick up the vehicle. However, the dishonest dealership said they sold it. The manager Nick said he would help me find another one exactly like the one they sold. He failed to do this and didn't seem interested in actually finding me another Jeep. I drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership and they didn't seem to care. It is so upsetting that a company would treat an active member of the Army this way. Their customer service is the worst and it is so unfortunate these crumy dealers still exist. I thought they were different but they are the same old dishonest dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. Be careful of this place. There are plenty of other dealers.

    Let me just start out with WOW, what an atrocious process working with these guys. I recently purchased a 2014 Lotus Evora S with 3,100 miles on it. The... price was reasonable, but it took them over two weeks to get the price down to a competitive rate. The car was driven by one of the owners or managers (I forget which), and was on the market for over 250 days, and they did not want to budge on pricing. Finally, after physically sending a wire to another dealer, they contacted me last minute agreeing to my terms. Not only did I have to back up the wire with the other dealership, and potentially tarnish my reputation, I expected the car to be in excellent condition, considering they claim to be a Lotus dealer. The car arrived, and was overall in good condition, don't get me wrong. However the Lotus lettering on the back of the car was missing the "U", which the Jameson and his manager said to take up with the transport company, despite transport showing no issues with the car when they picked it up. Secondly, the star-shield on the car is peeling, also they said to take up with my local Lotus dealer under warranty. Third, the steering angle was at fault, which is a big repair and they also said to take up with my local shop. Fourth, the car arrived with only one key. None of these issues were disclosed in the listing at all. A car from a Lotus franchise is expected to be in top shape and have a second key. I wouldn't expect otherwise unless it was from a small, wholesale dealer. To top this off, they refused to release the car to my first transport company, despite having my funds in hand, in full for the vehicle. This has never happened in over 30 transactions for me with any other dealer. I had to reschedule with a new transport company, and was assessed a fee, and it took another week + to get the car. On top of this, Jameson and his crew were sloppy and slow at "overnighting" paperwork, taking a week versus actual overnight. The whole process was sloppy, and cost me money. At the end of the day I merely requested a $500 refund for the initial deposit I made on the car. They stopped responding to my requests and disregarded my emails and messages. I highly recommend taking a pass on this dealership. They are not interested in the clients, but just themselves. I own several businesses, and everyone knows the customer comes first. These guys are messy, disrespectful, and do not hesitate to act above the client.

    No complaints. I have been getting my car serviced at Baker for years and have never had an issue. The techs are informative in reviewing the repairs that... are needed. They move quickly and everyone is easy to work with. I would say the entire staff is looking out to make sure their customers have a great experience!
