Jamie is great, rest of office and process, not so

Jamie was awesome to work with and handled all of my questions well. I would definitely work with him again. Paperwork should not have taken 3 hrs to complete. I didn't appreciate the cross selling of auto insurance that they took an additional 30 minutes., there were too many questions. I was there to buy a car, not mortgage insurance.

Review of service department.

I bought my Ford Fusion new in 2011 from Donely in Mount Vernon, Ohio. I have never had it anywhere else for service. Donley keeps it running like new, and always makes me feel welcome and appreciated. The service center is top notch!!

Service on my Lincoln MKC

The service department started to work on my car at my appointment time. The repair took a little longer than initial anticipated but the service department kept me apprised of the progress and offered to drive me to a store to do some shopping while I waited.
