Dealing with Brendan, Gary, and everyone at Buhler was a...

Dealing with Brendan, Gary, and everyone at Buhler was a pleasure. They made buying a car way less painful than it normally is. Brendan was extremely responsive and knowledgeable and promptly responded to all of my emails and phone calls. this is our first car from Buhler but it definitely won’t be our last.

Car buying experience you only dream of!

Have you ever had a car buying experience go so well you just want to buy another car? Where the salesman is so phenomenal, you just want to relive the whole experience one more time? Yea, that's what buying a car from this dealership and working with Brendan Cooper was like. I mean, this guy is the epitome of a quality sales rep. I literally cannot see myself buying a car from anyone else. I cannot stress this enough -- Someone give this man raise!

Pathetic customer service..will not recommend anyone to...

Pathetic customer service..will not recommend anyone to visit there..already informed all friends and relatives in US..we were harassed like anything ..it was informed that my leasing request is 100% approved by the bank after which I was asked to get a car insurance with the VIN..after starting insurance I went back home to get help of one of our friends to get back the old car ...after coming back to showroom in 50 mins we were again kept waiting for some time and was told bank has rejected the lease application request..I will surely verify with the bank on this but we were too shocked to even ask any question to the dealer ...I don’t understand on what basis it was initially told that request was approved and we need to start the insurance on the new car ...if bank initially approved..I really need to know what changed in 50 mins that they had to revisit the application and reject ..this is absolute mishandling of customer and I am surprised to receive such poor service first time in US.

This is the 8th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. New life....new rules...single mom status trying to make her way and show her daughter it can be done. Emailed an old friend (Chris DeNicola) who took over for his beloved Uncle after his untimely passing. He quickly acknowledged my requests, and within DAYS found the vehicle I was looking for! I was able to secure the financing, and drove away within hours of approval. Chris---- your Uncle Kenny would be proud! To my family at Buhler....thank you for keeping your customers close to your heart during these trying times, and for hiring nothing but the BEST to drive us home. This newly single mom who didn't think it was possible is certainly looking forward to each and every mile from here on out!

Stay away

I would stay away from here if you can. 6 months ago one of the mechanics damaged the interior panel of my vehicle. After waiting 2 months they called me in for a repair when opened the panel was damaged . Still waiting for them to to match or replace both panels

Joan is the best!

I cant say enough about the work Joan put into getting us the car we wanted! We were initially working with a dealer close to where we live, about 90 miles from Hazlet, however they were awful (in short) and so we started looking elsewhere. My husband and Joan started working together on finding the car and Joan came through with ZERO aggravation. She is personable, knowledgeable and considerate. Knowing we were working with another dealer initially, Joan handled herself professionally and respectfully. We got a great deal on the exact car we wanted! We will be going to Buhler in the future, even if it is 90 miles from us and we'll be telling others to do the same! The car buying process is not one of my favorite things to engage in however working with Joan changed that. They are lucky to have her as an employee...thank you!!

Leases a 2020 Grand Cherokee Altitude! This was an extremely easy process. The level of transparency was unmatched from passed experiences at other dealers. Ron the sales Manager was extremely helpful making sure the negotiation was painless. David our salesperson. Took pride in finding our needs and to help guide us to an appropriate vehicle for my family. He took the time to ask the appropriate questions to make sure we would had the right vehicle. They truly put out wants and needs aside from there’s. thanks again gentlemen this is my first but not my last from Buhler!

Awesome!

I’ve had my eye on a Jeep Wrangler for a while, and now that my Ram lease was up I decided to look into one. I contacted a few dealerships, of which Buhler was the only to have the exact Jeep configuration I wanted. I reached out laying out which vehicle I wanted and the lease structure I needed. Jackie Kennedy very promptly sent me a quote very close to what I asked for. No games, no repetitive asking of information I already provided. I agreed to their deal (it was truly exceptional, no other dealer could touch it). Jackie then made it easy to get everything ready before I even stepped foot in the dealer. She even sent me pictures of my new baby to help hold me over until the work day was over and I could head down there. Once at the dealer the process was very smooth. Signed the paperwork, and off I was in my awesome Jeep! Thanks so much Jackie and all the folks at Buhler for making my dream car possible!
