No Pressure, Straight Forward, Easy Going

I work for a Honda car dealership (17 years) in the service department, VW prior to that (3 years) and this was my first cold car buying experience. Brendan Cooper was very easy to work with and though I had found the same exact truck locally to me for 1k more, it was worth driving over an hour away to give him my business. The F&I assigned to me Charles Vitale was just as great. Same straight forward manner with nothing to hide, they put in the effort to get me the best rate to finance. Overall from their lot to the show room floor, the price and condition, I knew I made the right decision and that pre-owned RAM 1500 was the one. Thank you for taking care of me! Definitely would go back for my future Trackhawk!

Terrible communication unwilling to help

I found a truck that I was specifically looking for listed on their website. My 1st email to the dealer was responded with "this vehicle is currently not available". Two weeks later I received an email from Olivia stating the truck was available and if she could help. I asked a few basic questions about the truck and said that I was an out-of state cash customer willing to buy and have the truck shipped, and that I cold not fly to NJ to inspect it. No response, but received two more generic emails. I then called and talked to a sales man. He answered what questions he could without having to leave his desk and look at the truck, everything else was "I don't know, you will have to come and look at it". Two more weeks went by, with me trying to get answers to questions, but only receiving the same generic form email every two days.. This dealership SUCKS!

Not friendly to disable people.

Because I'm handicapped and don't drive enough they took away my free oil changes. I called about it and they gave me a phone number to "plea my case". I have no case I'm just disabled.

Very friendly and not pushy and very knowledgeable.

Phillip Binford was my used car salesman and very polite and knowledgeable. He let me test drive the car which I fell in love with a Chrysler 300 2016 with all the bells and whistles you could possibly think of. Every one in the dealership was very friendly even if they weren't your salesman. I will buy my next car from them. I would recommend Phillip Binford as your salesman next time your looking for a used car. Charlie Vitale took care of my financial end of the deal and explained everything in detail.

Service Department deserves more than 5 Stars

For 7 years now I have owned nothing but Dodge and had it serviced at Buhler Dodge in Hazlet NJ. The staff in the service department go over and above to make the customer feel valued and appreciated. The service department is managed by Carlos Goncalves and he leads an amazing group of men and women. They are wonderful to deal with and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service.

TRIED TO PURCHASE A NEW TRUCK , BUELER FAILED

WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP TWICE,HAD TO PURCHASE A TRUCK FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, WENT THERE TO PURCHASE SECOND TRUCK ,LIVED IN THE AREA SO THOUGHT I WOULDENT HAVE TO TRAVEL TO GET A NEW TRUCK ,THEY COULDENT GIVE ME A DEAL ON THE TRUCK AND DIDENT NOT CALL ME BACK TO HAVE ME AS A CUSTOMER ITS SAD I HAD TO GET A TRUCK MILES FROM WERE I LIVE, IT WASENT BRENDAN FAULT ,IT WAS HIS SALES MANAGMENT THAT GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND , AND I LEFT WITH NO TRUCK AND NO CALL BACK ,GREAT JOB FOR A LOCAL DEALERSHIP ,WILL NEVER COME HERE FOR A TRUCK

Outstanding Service

Dave the Jeep Guy and Charles provided exceptional customer service. No fuss and no push; I enjoyed this experience and would do it again. And on top of that....I absolutely LOVE my Rubicon Gladiator 😎

Beat my expectations and then went further.

I stopped in just before closing on a Wednesday night and was greeted by Joan who was professional, courteous and more then willing to Answer all my questions about a vehicle on Buhler’s lot. I immediately told Joan my situation and my price point and she did not hesitate to assure me she and the team would do all they can to help. We decided on some options and she explained she would call me Friday morning when the dealership opened so we can finalize everything. Well I am the proud owner of a NEW to ME Jeep Grand Cherokee and from Joan to the finance specialist Larry to the service department made this an amazing experience. I would be happy to recommend Buhler to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Great prices, selections and of course great customer service.
