Joan was fantastic! It started with a quick Internet query that got me on the dreaded everyone call me list for a used Mopar vehicle. I left an event at another dealership and made the short drive to Buhler and met with Joan. She listened to my story regarding the needs for my transportation and offered me a few options. No hesitation, she obtained a tag and a few sets of keys and we went for a ride. I didn't buy or even offer a nibble. A week or so later, she sent me an email, I got in some more Cherokees. I thanked her via email. I stopped in on a Saturday morning, we drove another car. I was hooked. I came back with my husband we chatted I drove home with a great Jeep. Joan listened. She didn't push in her direction. She gave me options. She was frank. Answered my questions without hesitation. If she didn't know she figured it out, which was de minimus. Stick with them!

Jim Cooper sold us our very first new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. He walked us through all the different options packages. I LIVE 45 MINUTES FROM THIS DEALER--I PASS 9 OR 10 DEALERSHIPS TO GET TO BUHLER AND BITTER, HAVING SAID THAT, AND AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I WILL PASS 90 DEALERSHIPS TO GET TO BUHLER AND BITTER. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE THERE ONLY CUSTOMER. A TRULY GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM THE TIME I GOT THERE UP AND TILL AFTER I LEFT. THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED MY NEW JEEP TWICE WHEN I WAS THERE ONLY TO SIGN SOME DOCUMENTS. THEY ALSO FILLED IT WITH GAS TWICE. WOW FOR THAT GREAT SERVICE. First, I was told that a Dodge Blackout edition I was looking for was available at a dealership in Tom's River. Took a day off from work and placed a deposit to only find out the truck had already been sold. Salesman Joe never reached out to tell me that. I only found out after I called him the next day. Decided to go with the Ram blackout edition with the led package which I test drove. When I put a deposit down and went to pick it up. Found out that they tried leasing me a truck without the led package for the same rate and the cost was 3k less. Dishonest, unprofessional and wasted my time.
