    I purchased from the OLD Day and let's just say it was less than memorable. However, the NEW Day Chevrolet provided me such a pleasurable car shopping and ultimately car BUYING experience. I would highly recommend anyone even remotely interested in a new car put Day Chevrolet at or near the top of your list. Keep up the good work Day Chevrolet

    I purchased my 2017 chevy traverse from Bobby and CJ. They both went above and beyond my expectations, getting me what I wanted and at the best price. I actually upgraded. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Also, David in financing was great made all the paperwork easy to understand.

    In September, I took my 2015 Chevy in with a specific list of 3 things I wanted fixed. Two items were Chevy's flawed designs on a new vehicle ( Chevy can't figure out how to attach defrosters to a rear window yet and a frequent short which occurs with the brake and left turn signal ) and a third item that was just in need of repair. Day called saying the service was done and showed up to pay my bill and pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was handed a sheet of paper with the results of their 184 point checklist saying what they thought I could use, NOT the 3 items I sent it in for originally. They said I needed a new battery which I knew and agreed with but still had not touched what I wanted done. I had the battery installed and left very displeased. Six months later, I opened my hood to check the fluids and filters prior to going on a trip and I found the three crossbar sections of bracket and 3 of the 4 remaining bolts that holds the battery in place laying on top of my engine compartment. One bolt had been lost but the rest of the loose parts could have done some real damage to my engine. I would never recommend anyone to Day Chevrolet nor would I return. I'm sorry if I misrepresent my experience in this review because I only gave 1 star thinking it was the lowest rating possible when in reality there would be no stars given at all!!

    Just came from a Bad experience at Valley Honda!!! Stop in at Day and was greeted by CJ. He was great, no pressure, great experience! CJ was a breath of fresh air! The whole staff was great. Will be back for next car in the future. Very Happy with my new Chevy!!!

    I have been satisfied and we enjoy going to Day Chevrolet. It was hard when a local Chevrolet dealer was dropped by Chevrolet years ago leaving us to look for a dealer we would enjoy and trust. We found the dealer in Murrysville when we purchased our 2010 Camaro 7 years ago From Day Chevrolet and we have been happy since. We have been pleased and we cant find a better deal than I have gotten by Day on several cars. After the sale we have been pleased with the service. We have been able to get appointments when we need them. We usually wait for the car and the wait time is reasonable. Thank You Day Chevrolet, Please don't change and thanks for the Chocolate chip cookies and coffee! Rich Cavaliere

    I had to buy a small car after I totaled my car in accident. I went to day Chevelovet after talking to Kevin over the phone. Kevin was very courteous and accommodating. He wasnt pushy a salesperson you would see at the dealers. He not only gave me a good deal but also upgrade the car for same price. I will definitely work with Kevin in the future.

    Very easy to work with our sales rep--we were able to have all of our questions (options, payments, lease terms) answered by phone before we went into the dealer, and so we were able to come out with new cars in just two hours.

    Called Day Chevrolette to set up an appointment to test drive a new leftover 2016 Corvette convertible that they had advertised on their web site Upon arrival, the car had a dead battery and the salesman who scheduled the appointment stated he knew nothing about Corvettes or the options on the car. I was referred to a "Corvette Salesman" which I appreciated until I soon realized that he was not interested in waiting on me, he only wanted for me to say I would purchase the car, so I left. Because the Corvette was the exact model, color, and had all the options I was interested in, I decided to give the dealership and salesman another chance. I called three times after that before the Salesman would return my call. I scheduled another test drive and stated that I was interested in obtaining a final purchase price to trade my Mercedes SL550 on the Corvette. The Mercedes had less than 12,000 miles on it and I was told that they were not interested in my trade. After some lengthy negotiations, I was again told that they were not interested in the SL550 but I finally agreed on a trade in value and purchased the Corvette. I was told at that time, the only reason the deal was made was because a Mercedes Dealer agreed to wholesale purchase the SL550. Before the final paperwork was even signed, the Salesman was off trying to sell another car. I received very limited review / set up of the options and the car was not even cleaned on the inside. Finally, I saw that Day Chevrolette was not telling me the truth and has listed the SL550 for sale at there dealership.

    We have been working with Ray Peterson as our service advisor since purchasing our 2003 Suburban there, almost 14 years. Late on a recent Friday afternoon, a front brake locked up on it. We had to flatbed it in. On short notice, Ray arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle for the weekend and he stayed after closing hours to make sure everything was taken care of. He called the following Monday morning to let us know the extent of repairs necessary. Let's just say that it was the final straw to cause us to evaluate repairs versus replacement. After a bit of homework, we decided to look into replacement. Ray set up an appointment that afternoon with Valerie Tierno in Fleet Sales. We reached an understanding on a 2017 Tahoe, conditional upon determination of the trade in value on the 2003 Suburban. Valerie called that Wednesday and we agreed to meet Thursday morning to place an order for delivery later this year. I would like to make clear that we were not dissatisfied with Ray or the Service department, just that our replacement action point had been reached. We have taken almost all of our service work to Ray and the technicians at Day for multiple vehicles (2000 Silverado, 2000 Tahoe, 2003 Suburban, 2015 Suburban) since our purchase of the 2003. I say almost because some maintenance and repairs were performed out of state when traveling. We have never had a complaint about the service or our working with Ray. We have never had to return a vehicle because a repair was not correct or complete. The vehicle has been ready at the agreed upon time. We will be taking the 2017 there after delivery. Working with Valerie has also been a pleasure. She has made sure we understood what we were getting on the vehicle we were ordering and she answered all of our questions. She has made the order process very straight forward, we know exactly what we are ordering. We are looking forward to working with her on the final closing upon delivery of the vehicle.
