My experience was great with these guys

I had a great experience with these guys. Sales went above and beyond with there service to me as an out of state customer. When I took car into service there was a slight ding on the door when car came out of service. There was no problem in getting reimbursed for the cost to repair it... even though I'm out of state. The people from Brady and eddie in sales to Ron and Megan in service were excellent. This is also the first review I've ever written.

Customer service is not there priority!!

The sales side was difficult. The first vehicle I selected when I went to look it I made the appointment and the truck was filled with trash from a service loaner. I made the mistake of still buying a truck from them. Now I have a recall on the truck and I need a loaner due it My job I can not work from there service waiting room. Book the service a month in advance with a request for a loaner vehicle. Call the day before and they have no loaner and they really didn’t give a xxxx that they were not meeting my month old request. I’m regretting buying my truck from this dealership and would NOT recommend them to anyone in the market for any new or used vehicle. Customer service is not there priority

Disappointed

Many attempts to have my SUV serviced. The problem I went in for was never solved. Of course they found other things which was not a problem before taking it in. (Extended Warranty) Still having the original problem. The people in service give you the run around, not answering or returning phone calls

RUNNNN AWAY

This is an awful place of business. Run far away from them. The salesmen kept my keys and wouldn't let me leave for over 3 hours. I also have a car they refuse to fix that was under warranty.

VIGILANT

Run away from this dealer. I purchased a used vehicle that had a 3 month warranty from the Dealer Ford of Monroeville. They could not diagnose or fix the vehicle FROM THE BEGINNING .Multiple attempts. They then told me to take it to a Dodge Dealer and FORD OF MONROEVILLE would not respond to them for the Diagnosis and Repair. Their general Manager Jonathan Goldberg is not Professional .I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE ATTORNEY Generals office.MY VEHICLE IS WORH A LOT LESS AND HAS MAJOR ENGINE REPAIRS.APPROIMATELY 10,000 DOLLARS LESS THAN PURCHASE.

Tops in service

Steve McCreight of the sales department made my day ..I don't believe anybody looks forward to having their car serviced but I'll never mind having to do it again. Steve went above and beyond making me feel comfortable about my car. He's quite a character.

The staff was very friendly and willing to work with me to get the best car and best deal. It was a calm and peaceful buying experience.
