    Geanna was my sales person @ Toms ford, she was very attentive to all my question and very helpful with the clarity I needed. I received a sweet deal from the dealership. I especially liked when I asked Geanna about an offer for the vehicle she was up front no fuss, got the offer proceeded on line went to the dealer Checked the vehicle out drove it signed off and was done in 47 minutes SWEET Thanks Geanne love the Ford Edge Rupert Gillette

    Was there yesterday for service. Love that I didn't need an appointment. Just drove in and they took it from there. Easy, no pressure. Felt like I was the important one, not the normal..."we'll be right with you". And to boot, no selling. There was some slight wear on my tires, which I knew, but they didn't try to sell me anyting, just made me aware with a print-out of the wear which I can compare the next time I come in for service. Left the dealership with a good feeling, and not the "did I just get taken?" feeling. Top notch.

    If I were to open a dealership, I couldn't do it any better! The salespeople are relaxed and low key. No annoying sales tactics or pressure. You know why you are there, and so do they. They certainly know how to make you feel at ease, while you try to decide what is best for you. (Shout out to Debbie W!) All questions and concerns were addressed cheerfully and professionally. Every department that I dealt with, from sales, financing, service, were happy to accommodate me, regarding all the issues associated with my new car lease. I was very pleased and impressed. (Shout out to the Service Dept!) This is the second vehicle I've leased from them, and as long as Ford continues to produce the vehicle that I fancy, I will continue to lease it from TOM'S FORD!

    Tom's Ford is an excellent place to buy a new vehicle. The sales staff is extremely helpful. I recently went to get a new vehicle. The sales agent Rod Anderson, went over options, item by item, to help me choose what I would need. The vehicle was delivered on time. Prep was minimal and was ready to pick up without delay. The finance officer was quick and efficient. I have also received vehicle service at Tom's ford. Quick, efficient, complete. The service rep explains what was done and what is needed so it it easily understood. I would highly recommend Tom's Ford for either a vehicle purchase or service.

    I bought my first Ford at Tom's Ford in 1995 and have bought another 6 vehicles in the past 20 years. My sons also buy from Tom's Ford. I'm from Staten Island and it is worth the trip to Keyport for the great deals and excellent service. Larry Doremus the manager is a great guy and is always willing to help you in every possible way. Forget Brooklyn, forget Staten Island, forget the rest of New Jersey. Try Tom's Ford and I'm sure you will be more than satisfied.

    I purchased a certified used 2005 Ford 500 several years ago from this dealership and was overall pleased with the experience. Fast forward a few years looking to trade my Ford 500 (with a bit of negative equity) and Toms Ford was unwilling to take the car in a trade - they wanted over $5k to take back the vehicle against the lease of a new Ford. I then drove across the street to the Nissan dealer who not only took my trade, but arranged a no money down lease on a new Nissan. Fast forward to last year - looking to replace my Nissan with a used Expedition - go to Toms used car department and they had no interest in my business - said they rarely see Expeditions and obviously had no interest in locating one. Fast forward another few months - now looking to turn in the lease on my wife's Ford from another closed dealership - FYI it is Fords policy that Any dealer that leases accept your returned car - once advised that we weren't in the market to buy at this time, we were told that the could not accept the returned leave as they "did not have room" on their enormous lot! I know others have had good experiences as did I initially, but three strikes and they are out for me....

    I just leased a 2014 Ford Escape from Tom's Ford in Keyport on April 18th, 2014. The entire buying experience went very smoothly. I met the owner Mike L., Scott the finance manger and Jim the salesman. They were all very professional and genuinely interested in making the process a very positive one. There were no last minute surprises and everything they said they would do happened. Jim took the time to expalin all the cars options and I drove home a very happy man. I would recommend this dealership to everybody.
