    After speaking to a rep on the phone, I drove almost an hour to buy a car that was on sale way below market value. Took the car on a test drive and the rep said he was going inside to get the paperwork. He came back and told us they had just sold the car to somebody else over the phone, and offered to show us more expensive cars. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected. Building was nice and they're probably better with people buying expensive cars, but if you're looking for something under $5k go elsewhere.

    I just bought a used car from Bairel Kia. The sales rep Bill Bruner was good however, my overall experience was bad. They sold the vehicle without even doing a safety inspection and put myself & my young grand baby in danger. The car was filled with exhaust fumes so bad you only needed to stand near the car to smell it. This situation could have killed us, put me unconscious which not only could have hurt us in the car but put everyone on the road with me in danger. The car left that lot very unsafe, out of gas, very low tire pressure & filthy windows. Wow!! I will be purchasing a brand new car within the next year and can tell you I will not purchase from Bairel Kia.. Word of mouth is the best advertisement & I will spread the word.

We picked up your vehicle within 45 minutes of your contacting us, provided a loaner car and had your vehicle repaired and back to you within a 24-hour period. We've also taken serious steps internally to ensure this type of thing doesn't happen again. In the event you're still unhappy with your vehicle, we've offered to buy it back from you. We understand you had an appointment with your mechanic last week and you'd call us to let us know where things stand. We haven't heard back from you, so we hope everything is satisfactory.
