    Purchased 2018 optima ex in Jan 2018. Had a problem with cruise, power steering. Repairs were done though it took some time. Service employees were excellent... and honest, especially Rich Jazbinsek and Scott Gregory. Gave loaner car to use while in shop. All staff including sales employees are helpful and friendly. Would recommend to all.

    Have never bought a car so easily and hassle-free. The Staff at Baierl Kia made my wife and I feel like more than just a customer. They were very cordial,... always asked if there was anything they could get us and answered any questions we may have had. Each person took their time in explaining each process and did not pressure us into anything. Our salesman, Tyler, did a wonderful job at showing us the facility, how to make service appointments, and everything about my new Kia Optima. We have dealt with some poor dealers in the past, but our experience at Baierl will likely lead me there again, especially when my daughters start to drive.

    After initially driving away with a vehicle that did not meet our family's needs due to an equipment misunderstanding, general manager Michael Lee treated... us very fairly and empathetically to get us into a new vehicle that would work for us. Felt like a human being whose needs were being listened to and considered, and we came to a solution that worked. Really above and beyond our expectations.

    This facility is top notch. The service department is very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail while servicing your vehicle. The facility is very... clean and comfortable. It's no problem to spend an hour there comfortably while waiting on your vehicle. Highly recommend.
