    I PRICED SEVERAL CHEVY TRAVERSE'S AND FOUND 2 OF THEM EXACT SAME YEAR MAKE MODEL COLOR INTERIOR AND OUT. DECIDED TO GO WITH BAIREL KIA WEXFORD LOCATION FOR TEST DRIVE. I HAD A PRE QUALIFICATION LETTER FROM CAPITOL ONE BANK AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH CAPITOL ONE I WAS EXCITED,AND CONFIDENT IN MY CHOICE IN LENDER AND DEALERSHIP. HOWEVER AFTER DEALING W/ THIS DEALERSHIP I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. AFTER GETTING THERE AND WAITING AN HOUR FOR A CREDIT APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED (WHICH I DIDNT MIND AT FIRST) BUT ONLY TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED WHEN JOHN CAME BACK AND TOLD ME MY APPLICATION WAS DENIED AND HE TRIED SEVERAL FINANCE COMPANIES. FIRST OF ALL MY ONLY FINANCE COMPANY I WANTED TO USE WAS CAPITOL ONE, HENCE THE REASON I BROUGHT IN MY PRE QUALIFICATION APPLICATION W/ REFERENCE NUMBER. AFTER CHECKING MY CREDIT REPORT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY I FOUND 3 INQUIRES ON MY CREDIT REPORT IN WHICH NONE OF THEM WERE CAPITOL ONE!! I CALLED CAPITOL ONE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DID NOT RECEIVE ANY INQUIRIES FOR THE TURCK! SMH. SO MAYBE HE JUST DIDNT WANT TO SELL ME A CAR ARE MY THOUGHTS NOW!....NOW I HAVE 3 HITS ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND NO TRUCK!! I WISH JOHN WOULD HAVE JUST PUT THE APPLICATION THROUGH CAPITOL ONE LIKE I HAD ASKED HIM TO AND AS I PLANNED. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD "SOMEBODY WOULD CALL ME BACK" NO NAME WAS PROVIDED THOUGH WHEN ASKED ONLY THAT THE MANAGER RYAN WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY. OH AND I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED THEM TO TRY AGAIN USING CAPITOL ONE, UMMMM NO THANKS DONT TRUST YOU NOW!!! CHANNEL 11 NEWS IS THIS CONSIDERED BAD BUSINESS??

Unfortunately the Capital One submission service was offline late Thursday and early Friday, therefore we were unable to submit to them.     After speaking to a rep on the phone, I drove almost an hour to buy a car that was on sale way below market value. Took the car on a test drive and the rep said he was going inside to get the paperwork. He came back and told us they had just sold the car to somebody else over the phone, and offered to show us more expensive cars. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected. Building was nice and they're probably better with people buying expensive cars, but if you're looking for something under $5k go elsewhere.
