    I have contacted Kerns Ford twice about two different Ford F-150's that were lower mileage for their year and priced as great deals according to KBB.... Both time I have received the same reply from Kerns which stated that the truck has been sold, actually we found this for a customer, then they ask for me to get in touch with them so they can find something for me. If they get vehicles for customers why do they list them on sites and in the description state it's priced to sell fast? I couldn't decide if I should give them one star or two, since they told me they were sold instead of having me show up and then let me know I'll give them two stars.

    We are sorry for your disappointment. All vehicles that are purchased and put into inventory automatically get uploaded to various 3rd party websites.... And there is no way to prevent this. . We run a very low days supply in inventory. So vehicles come and go very quickly. Many times it will take 24 hrs or better for Cars.com to remove the listing from their site. However, if you are really wanting a new vehicle wouldn't it be just as easy for us to locate you one? Based on your comment you can definitely see that we do a fantastic job of doing that for consumers. We do hope that future customers take the time and completely read through all reviews

    My wife and I bought a used 2014 Ford Escape Titanium with under 50,000 miles from Kearns in November of 2017. Luckily, we bought a warranty to go with... the car because we have had over $5,000 worth of work done to the car, with $500 coming out of pocket. With the understanding that buying a used car comes with some risk, we expected the 115 point inspection (I believe this is the right number) to at least resolve some of the issues before the car left the lot. Within 8 days of owning the car, we are told we will need new breaks, parts are loose all over the car and countless of other issues. We have dealt with non - stop issues for the past 10 months while putting on less than average amount of miles per year on a vehicle. The real frustration stems from the lack customer service from the sales manager. We have tried numerous times to speak with and work with management on finding some sort of solution but we are constantly dealing with no one returning phone calls and unfulfilled promises of speaking with upper management. Currently, we have left several messages with no return call to the number that Kearns asks you to call when you leave a negative review. I would urge anyone considering buying a car (new or used) to look elsewhere because of the lack of communication and follow through from management. The deal is not worth the head ache if you encounter any future problems with your car.

    We have reached out to this consumer and tried to schedule them for any mechanical complaints. After a thorough review it appears that the dealership... that was doing their repairs actually made a bad diagnosis, which resulted in further repairs. Instead of the dealership paying for the unnecessary repairs , they passed the cost onto the customers warranty. We encourage everyone to receive a comprehensive explaination of all repairs that are needed
