I had a starting problem with my 2010 Ford Edge. A private shop worked on it for two weeks, and were unable to find the problem. I then took it to Kerns Ford in St. Marys, Ohio. They were able to find the problem and have it repaired in no time..

No response
Called about a car I saw on Cars.com. That new listing "wasn't available" and asked my budget. I did give the salesman my info and he would check and call me back. Still haven't heard from him. Will definitely by somewhere else

Outstanding service
Very good service told them my budget and he worked with us to stay in that range. Would recommend other people to this store. Definitely will be going back again when we are looking to buy another vehicle.

We had some issues with other dealers once they found out our situation they didn't want to help, they didn't even want to show us a vehicle but when we went to Kerns Ford in Celina they were very helpful and honest about what they could do, we ended up getting a much needed car and we are very happy and grateful they were able to help. It was well worth the drive.

Great experience!
Looked on line, found a Ford Edge I liked. Best price by anyone else. Talked to Austin, Shayne and Dell (AKA, Santa Clause). Drove from Dayton to look at it. It was quick and easy. No problems so far!
