There is a reason I drive 35 miles to Mike Raisor Ford for any repairs to my 2 Ford vehicles. The local dealership in my town is absolutely no comparison to Raisor Ford! I had my truck in there twice to fix the tail light. Twice they said they were fixed, twice they still don't work, going back for the third time today. MAYBE they better NOT charge me anything. This is the time it goes in there.

I decided to pay this dealer a higher price then an after market system for a couple reasons. 1 it would be an OEM system. 2. I was told i would be getting a new key fob to take the place of my old ones. 3. I was told that both of my old key fobs would be reprogrammed to also start my vehicle, they would just have a much shorter range. After the system was installed i was informed that i would not be receiving Items 2 and 3 at all, those option were not available on my 2017 vehicle. They did work with me on the price but i still payed more for a system thats no better than any of the after market systems.

Clean area to wait. Took longer than usual but were short staffed apparently that I learned as I sat there. Would have liked the heads up ahead of time. Good job for the money and appreciate the update re what needs to be done in the future or at next visit. Kai was very helpful.

Was visiting family in Indiana (from NY). Developed service issue with car. Spoke to service manager, they took me right in, without having an appointment. Quickly found and corrected problem.
