I has planning to order a Transit 150 from the factory until I found a new van on line, with similar options in stock at Mike Raisor Ford. Ed Pietsch... (pronounced "peach") handles the internet sales, and he answered my emailed questions immediately. I had written proposals from several Indy dealerships, and after a brief negotiation, Ed beat those prices by enough to make it worth my while to travel the extra hour. The closing went smoothly with no surprises or extra charges. Ed had the new van rewashed and moved my license plate while I wrapped up the paperwork. Then he connected my phone to the Sync system before the final handshakes. I would recommend Ed and the team at Mike Raisor to any of my friends.

I had an appointment and after 5 hrs I had to ask for it to be evaluated. Evaluation needed parts which were expected. Said it would be 2 more weeks for... another appointment as the drive ins take priority. The next day, another 5 1/2 hrs after after appointment, work began. Parts changed that were not approved along with parts that were approved.

Brought truck in for 5000 mile checkup. there was slight delay but acceptable. too bad the usual cleaning was not available but did get a wash, thank you.... In these social distancing times, an out door bench for waiting would be nice.
