Got my car for serviced I had a great experience with Brooklyn Mercedes She communicated all the time and keep me up-to-date very good experience my service writer Natalie Torres is great Danny Bruno from parts absolutely the best and most knowledgeable parts person Jason from sales one of the best Mercedes sales people I dealt with

Had purchased new car from other MB dealership about 3

Had purchased new car from other MB dealership about 3 weeks ago. Issue involving check coolant light that kept coming on. Didn't want to drive all the way to Jersey dealership where I purchased the vehicle in case something serious was wrong. Decided to go close to my house at MB of Brooklyn. Apparently, one needs appointment unless dealership deems it an emergency. Next availability wasn't until beginning of December. Luckily, I met MIKE ALESSANDRINI, the service manager.He listened to my problem patiently and helped me with my problem. He understood I didn't want to leave the car if nothing was seriously wrong and knew I couldn't wait almost a month to diagnose the problem and leave the car laid up in the meantime. He came up with a solution and had me on my way. I just want to say thanks to him because I believe he went above and beyond.

Irresponsible dealership

I dropped my car for collision repair more than 6 weeks ago. When I try to contact anyone via phone , no one is there to answer your call and you cannot even leave a message because voice mail is always full and no one is interested to respond to your email. And on the top of that I received 2 violation tickets for my car that is already being repaired at the dealership. They don't care about paying for the tickets that they found on the car that is still sitting in the dealership now. What a responsible service!

Absolutely the worst customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Dropped car off on a Tuesday to have satellite radio repaired. Called late Wednesday to get an update. Was told they very busy. Car had nit been assessed. Did not hear from them so I called late Friday evening. I got an apology text listing 4 other possible repairs with prices attached. Was told radio had been repaired. I picked up the car and only AM & FM radio was working. No satellite. I was told that did mention satellite radio which is xxxxxxxx. I return Saturday and they want to charge me more money to assess the satellite radio. After speaking with a mgr whose mind was already made up. I thanked them and left. I get a block away and realize the FM & AM is not working. A rep followed up with me via telephone. I shared my plight with him. He said he wanted to help me get my radio fixed but he had to speak with his supervisor and he would get back to me. I am still waiting on a call back. Oh I forgot to mention that they had to wash my car again. I was told it was washed but sat in lot 2 day. Very Interesting! This is my 3rd Mercedes. All purchased in NY and Florida. I am a snowbird so I go to Brooklyn when I am in New York. In the future, I will patronize Manhattan. Mercedes Benz Brooklyn is a dive. Go at your own risk.

DOES NOT STOP CALLING

I have asked the losers that work at this business about a dozen times to take me off their call list. They keep calling. If I block their number, they leave daily voicemails. Same situation with the emails. Raziq Rauoff is the "salesman" doing this. Management is aware of what's going on. FTC complaint has been submitted. Police will be notified if harassment continues. My last phonecall with them I asked "what dont you get about take me off the call list" and their next question is "are you still interested in selling us your car". Head smack. I was NEVER interested in selling them my car. I'll be leaving daily negative reviews on every single site that I can find these losers on. Hopefully, the upcoming recession puts them out of business.

Great Service for Car Repair

I had the car repaired at the dealership and they did a great job. They had they work done in a timely manor and car seems to be riding better.

Very nice peoples helpful I almost worlk away from the place when Olivia chalet make me change mine and make the deal happened. Thanks again I feel so happy to get my new car and I recommend you guys to visit when you decided to buying a 🚘

Nice Job

Getting your car serviced from anywhere you never know what to expect. At this dealership everything went smooth and easy from the appointment to my car getting done. My service person Natalie Torres was very pleasant. When I came to pick up the car a day later she had all the paperwork I needed hassle free with a friendly smile it's so nice to see that nowadays.
