Steve Piper was genuinely disinterested in helping with questions, making conversation or anything of the sorts. When asked about putting the vehicle... in 4WD he legitimately became irritated. During the financing process, he asked me to leave because the paperwork was going to take a bit. When I tried to engage in conversation to pass the time he was too busy doing nothing but confusing my name during the account setup with Jeep and SiriusXM. He wasn't able to register Tim...instead he decided my name was Thomas! What kind of crap is that? You've looked at numerous documents with my name, but couldn't actually take the time to enter them properly? I'll never do business with this dealership again!
