I have a part that keeps falling off of my car on my 2024 car and they act like I’ve done something when they admitted that it’s a design flaw they act like I’ve hit something and treat me like I’m a dumb woman. I’m not happy.

Took 2 and 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires that
Took 2 and 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires that sucked. No one came to explain why it took that long. That sucks. Apparently you booked to appointments for that time slot

Spoke to Isaiah (claimed to be Sales Manager) and Kevin
Spoke to Isaiah (claimed to be Sales Manager) and Kevin (sales). Had an agreement on price and fees with both! When put in writing they added a 'confidence plus' fee of $895. Ridiculously underhanded imo. Be very careful dealing with this bunch. I walked away.

When I brought this undisclosed fee to the dealer's attention, they claimed it was there all the time. It was not. They offered to cut the fee in half but I lost all faith in them to deal fairly. Plus, imo, it's a garbage fee used to generate income after the buyer feels committed to the car. Old ploy. For the record we (sales rep AND sales manager) verbally agreed to the advertised price, tax title license, and a $180 dealer fee and nothing else.
