    I know I wanted a new car but I didn't know whether to go new or used nor what particular model. My saleswoman Gina went through a ton of different cars before we decided on a car. She hand walked me through the process and introduced me to the finance guy who went over the numbers and stuff. I didn't get the car because I needed to fix one thing with my credit, but I'm going back to Bay Ridge next month.

    I went to Nissian to trade my 2012 Sentra for something I want to keep. I was paired with a sale rep named Sasha. Sasha was great in helping pick something I really wanted, make, model, year, color, etc. Sasha also worked hard with his co-workers to get me the best percentage rate (exceptional). I must say I walked out with a black on black 2017 Nissian Atlima which I am extremely happy with. Go to Bay ridge Nissian to purchase your new or used vehicle and ask for Sasha, 5 ***** for his service. Thank you very much

    Beware!! I bought a Infiniti G37X in February 2017 from BayRidge Nissan.. the whole process went good until a month later as I'm going over the bill of sale ensuring that the numbers add up..I realized I was charged for Stay-Nu service that I never asked for and was promised for free for 2 years by sales manager DWAYNE.. I called Stay- Nu to cancel the service and get my refund back because I never asked for that service.. Stay-Nu said I have to go back to the dealership in order to cancel the service and get my refund.. I went to the dealer and spoke to DWAYNE about my issue .. he claimed that "it was an error " on his part.. however it would never have been error if I didn't catch it a month later .. After calling Nissan Corporate and telling them about the issue .. I went back to speak to DWAYNE about not wanting the service and refunding me the fee for the service I never wanted and charged for.. I got to the dealer and asked to speak to him.. the secretary paged him.. I waited for about 20 minutes .. I didn't get to see Dwayne another manager came to speak to me and ensured me that I will get a refund back...The moral of this review is that DWAYNE the sales manager was dishonest and charged me for a Stay-Nu service which he said would be complimentary for 2 years but charged me for it... I'm writing this review to let other consumers know beware when buying a car from BayRidge Nissan specially if you dealing with Dwayne make sure your numbers add up and asked what are the fees for and make sure the numbers add up ..make sure the sales manager is crystal clear with the fees you are charged for..

    I came to Nissan Bayridge to trade in my car and purchase a new vehicle. The sales representative Pooran Leon Persaud was very nice and welcoming. He was very informative with comparing prices. This was his first time dealing with new cars and he did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the service.

    Got a decent price for a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Sales service was OK, but the salesman was inexperienced. Only had trouble after I bought the car. Took the dealership a month to order the new plates and ship them to me. The temporary license expired before it got here. I had to call repeatedly over that month to follow up on getting the plates and it was only after I called them on the day it expired that they finally mailed the plates to me. They never took responsibility for the delay and only blamed the DMV. Unprofessional.

    Worst experience at a dealership and I have purchased a lot of cars. From the get go, Hassan was not engaged in making the sale. The car was parked in the showroom and I asked for a test drive. He said we cannot test drive until we negotiate the price. Why would I do that? Why waste my time if the car is not mechanically fit? So, he said he would have the car moved while we talked since the car was buried. Fine. Wouldn't budge on the price, low balled on the trade value, took forever in getting answers to questions. Finally agreed on a price only to find out the car wasn't moved so it' took another half hour to move the car. Finally, got it on the road and because he didn't have plates, could only take it around the block. The car seemed fine and the agreed on price was ok, too. Spent a total of 5+ hours there. Now they couldn't have it ready that day so they suggested delivering it to me at my house which was fine. Promised a 9-930a time and I had told them that i needed to go to work. Didn't arrive until 11am. Will never go there or recommend them.
