This dealership is wonderful, the minute I walked in I knew it was going to be good. I was greeted right away by Mike from Management Department and turned over to salesman Andrew Pilch. Little did I know how lucky I would be to with Andrew. Andrew made me very comfortable with conversation and explained everything very knowingly with the truck we found. He explained all the rebates I could get and great pricing right away. If you want someone who is honest and follow up with anything you need to know get Andrew honestly. Also I would like to say Karen Ann Rose in the finance department is the sweetest beautiful lady, this speaks all.

Dishonest and deceptive dealership! Avoid - put down payment on advertised new vehicle on website - stated NEW with 2 miles - after placing 500$ deposit and receiving a bill of sale stating the car had two miles - went to get car it had 96 miles and was a demo vehicle - no new car protections/parked in the street -salesman said with a straight face "we had to take it to get prepped" and "whats the difference it's new" and "I have no vehicles with 2 miles" - became angry and realized - no sale - never refunded 500 had to dispute with credit card company - they stated on Tuesday at 1pm when I told them I disputed the charge that "have no accounting on weekends but since you disputed we'll remove the credit (credit card co confirmed no credit was ever place nor pulled) - I'm assuming they believe 2 is no different from 96 so Monday must be the weekend. Avoid this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Ryderrocks, Yes, you asked for a bill of sale with all financial disclosures on it, which we provided to you. When a car gets stocked into our database, it has miles on the title from GM. We do not update those miles until the time of finalized sale. However, we do have a storage lot in another location which the car has to be driven to/from, plus the vehicle is available for test drives, which could easily make up the 96 miles. The current mileage was not reflected in our database; however, the car was never sold prior to or titled prior to your purchase. It was not a used car. It was not a dealer demo. You provided us with a $500 deposit. You cancelled the sale and wanted a refund on a Saturday. Our accounting office was not in on Saturday, so we were going to take care of your refund on Monday. Early on Monday, you called your credit card company, and you disputed the transaction. We told your credit card company to process your dispute instead of crediting your credit card because you would have ended up with two $500 refunds. We’re sorry we couldn’t come to terms. Yes, the rascally database is at fault - not the sales team who once verbally stated it has two miles nor the two times it was placed in writing - it was the database. Early Monday? Tuesday at 12:40pm credit card confirmed no credit or debit since the 500$ charge to East Hills Chevy. But the darn database must have not updated the calendar. Anyone reading this response realizes the dishonesty and nonsense stated in this silly response - as if any credit card company would give you double your money back if the vendor doesn't rescind the credit is laughable. Read the complaint, read the response - dealer can tell you anything and when you come in oops not our fault, we're not being dishonest it was the database not the salesman who stated and wrote it has two miles and immediately exclaims, once I saw it has 96 miles not 2, we don't have any new vehicles with 2 miles. Odd to state it (it has 2 miles), write it (twice it has two miles) and accept a deposit based on it having two miles already knowing it's a lie...no, no, sorry it was that rascally darn database! As stated, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! The database is very dishonest not the staff! Just read the complaint then read the response - it's self-explanatory and obvious what they are doing - appropriate endless complaints submitted for wasting my time - I'm sure the investigations will show the database is at fault...laughable!

After another car dealership was unable to deliver my 2024 Traverse as promised, Andrew stepped in and had me in my Traverse in less than three hours. No haggling, the price I negotiated, is the price I paid and no dealer add ons. Special shout out to Michelle from Internet sales for hooking me up with Andrew. Best car buying experience ever and I will be a return customer.
