Ronny Terraferma was the first salesperson to greet us. He was very pleasant and kind. Not like other salespersons we have recently experienced. He LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS and then responded in a professional but gentile way, which made ues feel very welcomed and not overwhelmed as others have done. He answered all of our questions appropriately and went for further counsel if he did not know the answers. We were very pleased with his manner and salesmanship. I just picked up my 2018 Chevy Colorado today and I love this truck. Most of all the people at Paul Conte Chevrolet in Freeport. Especially Thomas J Picerno. This young man was professional, courteous and did everything he could to give me the deal where I wanted to be. I’ve always been a Chevy man but now I’m only a Paul Conte Chevy man.
