After dreading the process of buying a new car I made it over to Merrick dodge and met Bryan Busuttil. And it was such a relief! He started by figuring... out a vehicle that would fit my lifestyle and budget. He didnt make me feel pressured and was unbelievably patient! He understood I can be picky and that I was hesitant about the whole process but was able to put my nerves at ease by sitting down with me as long as I needed. Overall he made the process a breeze and broke down everything into terms I understand. I would be more than willing to go back and continue business with him and Merrick Dodge. Definitely recommending him to friends and family.

Recently bought a car from Merrick. Fell in love with one & worked with Alfredo in the used car department. I wasn't 100% what I wanted at first but... Alfredo was patient and showed me a couple cars he thought would fit what I wanted in a car until I fell in love with one. Alfredo was very personable and honest unlike other car salesman you come in contact with that just want to sell a car without caring if youre really happy with it. I've already recommended this dealer to a friend & made sure to tell them to see Alfredo.

Horrible experience. My entire car deal was done through text message with a saleswoman. She originally advised the dealers fee of $ 322 would be waived... however a day after we agreed upon a price and the terms, she said she would not be able to waive the fee. Next, she told me that as long as she had my completed Credit App before Friday, November 30th, it would be no problem for me to pick up the car on Saturday December 1st. The manager refused to honor our November deal since he didn’t have a buyers agreement or deposit from me (I was never asked to provide a deposit or any documents other than the credit app). Last, my saleswoman took it upon herself to cancel my car when I asked about a disposition fee from my previous lease. When I told her I needed to know about this fee she assumed I didn’t want the car and texted me “no worries we’ll cancel it”. (2) minutes later I wrote back that I was fine proceeding and I just needed to know about that fee. She claims that her phone died and she didn’t see my message until after she left. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, the manager refused to honor his deal due to the saleswoman’s claim that I wanted to cancel the car. He also refused to look at the messages on my phone although I have everything stated above in writing, proof that I never told her to cancel the car and the time stamp on the messages which proves I responded to her only (2) minutes later. My horrible experience is well documented and I strongly suggest everyone avoids this dealership. Thankfully, I got a great deal on the car I wanted at another dealership the same day.
We leased a brand new Jeep from here about a month ago. The second week it started acting up. The radiator fans are constantly running on high speed. Auto... start doesn’t work. Stop start fonctuon doesn’t work. Check engine light and all sorts of other warnings all over the dash. They made us wait 2 weeks just to get an appointment for service even though it was clear the Jeep was unsafe for regular operation. After we dropped it off the car sat there for days without being seen and no updates. Then after about a week and a half they called and said it was ready but had no real explanation on what they repaired. When we went to pick it up as soon as it started all the same lights and warnings were still present. We even saw a tech go to the desk and say something wasn’t right but they tried to make us leave with the car anyway. Now it’s been over 2 weeks and they are saying they have no idea what’s wrong with it and that they had to file a case with Chrysler. We called Chrysler and they have no record of this. Now at this point we have filed a case with Chrysler and their reccomendation to us was to seek out a more reputable service center with qualified people. It’s almost unreal how ridiculous this experience has been so far. Avoid this service center at all costs.

We then had to wait almost 2 weeks just to get an appointment to bring in for service. They have the jeep for over a week and apparently did nothing because they told us it was finished and to come pick it up when we showed up and had all the same lights and warnings as when we dropped it off. The service manager acted like he never even saw it but we clearly saw a text saying hey somethings wrong before they gave us the car back. Now we passed the two week mark of the jeep being at the service center and they still haven’t even looked at it. The loaner car they gave us is disgusting covered in old food and smells like cigarettes. When we contacted jeep corporate customer service their recommendation was to look into the New York lemon law. It’s hard to believe how ridiculous this experience has been so far. It appears that these people have no idea how to fix the car so we’re currently filing a case with Jeep about this. Whatever you do avoid the service center at all costs
Greg Ifill was my salesman he was the most pleasant and knowledgeable man I came across after visiting 3 other jeep dealerships. I bought the car for... my daughter and he help us in ways that when far beyond the scope of a car salesman. It was truly Rev elating. He has a customer for life !!!!
