I wasn’t planning on getting a new car, but unfortunately my previous car got flooded and was totaled. I am so grateful for Alise, she really helped me out during this stressful time. Ray was awesome and friendly, helpful and professional. His superior, on the other hand, was pushy and pressure and a real turnoff. Like I’m going to buy a car because of his insane sales pressure tactic. What a turn off. Ray could’ve sold that car all on his own if we were ready to buy, it just wasn’t the right car for us. I’d probably avoid that dealership in the future if it’s those bosses I have to deal with. Ray would be a welcome addition to any dealership.
