My sales person RuPu was great to work with and really went out of his way to help me find the vehicle I wanted. This is the fifth vehicle I have gotten through security Dodge and have been happy with all my purchases. As far as the service department is concerned, that remains to be seen. I have had issues in the past. I understand the changes have been made in the service department that I am hoping Will be positive

Your dealership is horrific!!!! I leased a brand new vehicle less than a month ago and it has been towed to the shop 3 times and NO loaner has been offered any of those times!! Still no answers as to what’s wrong with the lemon you sold us!!! Nobody returns any phone calls!! WORST CAR EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES!!!! You have lost a good customer who has bought 3 vehicles from you in 1 1/2 years and recommended your place to friends and family! Well you have lost a very good customer and any recommendations ever again and I’ll be sure to share my awful experience all over social media!!!!!
