i Just purchased a used vehicle from Sands Ford of Pottsville. Every one was fantastic. I got a great deal and they were willing to work with me on all requests. Were able to get me great rate on financing. i was treated very well by everyone. everyone was very willing to work with my schedule. i could not be more satisfied with this purchasing experience. I even got a free Ford hat in the deal. :]

We love this dealership!! We purchased our car on the 1st...

We love this dealership!! We purchased our car on the 1st day we saw it. My car was only 2 years old when I traded it in. The sales person was wonderful, the finance department was wonderful also...I love their service department. You can drive into the fast lane and get service whenever you need it. My inspections are free for the life of the car!! I love Sands and recommend it 100 percent!! We are very satisfied customers here!!!

I just bought a used truck from Sands Ford of Pottsville. I had a great experience. Cody, Larry, and Paul went out of their way to make sure they met my needs. I hope I get treated well moving forward if I need any service or parts. I would recommend Sands Ford of Pottsville to anyone looking for a smooth buying experience and a clean and modern facility.

Dealer didn't honor bumper to bumper warranty

I made a appointment before Christmas to get some warranty work done the earliest appointment that was available was early January so I took the appointment. I go to the appointment only to find out my bumper to bumper warranty expired in December the service manager said even thou the vehicle was purchased in February of 2018 .He told me that it's a 17 and it expired in December when I made the appointment. So they didn't honor it even thou I made the appointment at the service department in person when the warranty was valid.I have purchased many vehicles from Sands Ford over the years.Never again.

Curtis If you would like to discuss this again, we are happy to help you. However, I have to correct your comments that are incorrect. You did not purchase this vehicle at this store nor have you ever had it serviced here. In fact we have no records of you being a customer in over 15 years. But that is okay we are still happy to help you. Your vehicle warranty start and end date is not something that a dealership has discretion on. The warranty date is recorded by Ford Motor Company when the vehicle is sold new. We can only administer warranty claims based on records that match Ford Motor Company. Since you did not purchase this vehicle here we cannot substantiate your claim the date is wrong. There is a process if you'd like to dispute the warranty start date. But since we have no records of your vehicle you would have provide records from when the vehicle was purchased new, that match the dates you claim, and Ford will fix it. As we tried to explain this to you, you became vulgar and inappropriate, to the extent we had to ask you to leave. Now since we have no records of you being a customer for at least the past 15 years, we can only imagine there is something else that caused you to be so upset. This service appointment was to look at rust on tow hooks. Nothing related to performance, drivability or structural integrity of the vehicle, but most certainly not something that makes it acceptable to speak to our employees the way you did. We recommend you confirm what we are telling you with another dealership or perhaps the dealership where it was purchased to correct an error on the warranty dates.
