I'm happy with my 2013 Ford Escape Titanium.
I'm happy with my 2013 Ford Escape Titanium. When I get it serviced at Sands Ford I trust them to perform the maintenance and inspection needed on my Escape. I've haven't been disappointed with their procedures. Truthfully, I baby that car because it is a great piece of machinery. I'll stick with Sands Ford and enjoy my ride. fjm

Service 2015 Ford F-150
Your service was good but I wanted the alignment check but your alignment machine was down and the service man didn't tell me until I got there. Also I had a hard time getting my Ford Pass Reward point put on my account. I called back and the service man said the points go on your account automatically they didn't I had to call Ford Pass Rewards to try to get it straighten out. This is the second time with the Ford Pass Reward points not going on my account.
