I purchased a 2020 Transit Connect XLT for my small contracting business. Mathew Brooks was the sales person who assisted me. My purchase was at a fair price. (I don't have to buy the vehicle cheaper than anyone else ever has but I hate the after purchase feeling that I paid more than anyone else ever has). Mr. Brooks was a no pressure sales person, a real pleasure to do business with. Once I informed Mr. Brooks I wanted to go ahead with the purchase he took care of everything so when I came in to the dealership we discussed the deal and then I spoke with the Finance guy. I was out of the dealership in 30 minutes. When I went back to pick up the vehicle it took maybe 45 minutes. This is lightning fast compared with other dealerships I have dealt with. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and professional. If you are like me and dislike the care buying process this is the dealership you want to visit and Mathew Brooks is the guy you want to speak with.

UPDATE: I’m giving this dealership 3 STARS because this dealership redeemed itself. The sales manager Matt Stickney reached out after I have posted the negative review below. He recognized his mistake and “apologized” for his unprofessional behavior and offered us a full tank of gas. MORAL LESSON: TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THE RIGHT WAY BEFORE DURING AND AFTER SALES. Exceptional after sales service is vital in keeping your customers satisfaction, trust and loyalty. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Their sales manager Matt Stickney does not know how to talk to customers without being rude and condescending. He gave me an attitude when I asked him why they did not give us a full tank of gas which will cost them $40 more (it’s so petty considering how much money they make). He threw in my face that we were in his sales office and wasted their time for 4 hours. He bragged about immediately installing the bed liner which we paid for! He even mentioned that they “detailed” the car which is a “given” whether you are buying or leasing a “new” car. He also had the audacity to ask me what I do for a living!! IS THIS GUY FOR REAL!! BEWARE!! After you’ve signed the dotted line they will treat you like xxxx! No wonder this dealership has earned bad reviews! I definitely give NEWINS FORD DEALERSHIP IN BAYSHORE NEGATIVE -5 STARS 👎👎👎👎👎

This is third Ford I bought from Newins. (2020 Fusion) others were 2012 Esape and 2012 Fusion. The salesman in all three purchases was Tom Siraco. He is the greatest!
