Excellent folks to buy from. They understood my needs and Tim was extremely helpful in getting us into the vehicle we wanted to buy. Erin kept all the paperwork/title/transfers smooth and complete. No more than a 15 minute in office transaction. Drove from upstate twice, once to see and drive, once to pick up. Really, just good, nice folks to talk to and buy from.

The Petersen Dealership was easy to deal with and gave me a fair price on my new used car. They allowed me to have my mechanic look at the car and, when I brought it back after closing, answered the phone to take care of me. They were very friendly and courteous. I will look them up again next time I need a new car.
