I was in need of trading out of my current vehicle, which had high mileage, but still in good condition. I was not planning on purchasing that day, but the professionalism of the staff amazed me and made it all too easy to leave with a great car and experience. From the sales staff to management (Mark) to the finance office (Diane), everything was flawless. Please make it easy on yourself and purchase an Audi from these folks. I have since had my vehicle back for minor service, yes I am meticulous. Matise is amazing and will make you understand why you are comfortable with being an Audi owner. This is a very mixed review because in some ways this dealer really went out of their way for me but in the end they dropped the ball. I found the 2012 A5 cab that I wanted at this dealer, they're about 400 miles away from me so I needed to negotiate the purchase remotely. Without getting into too much of the back and forth Jacen, their sales person was very friendly and tried to be accommodating, we agreed on a price and mailed paperwork back and forth. There were some delays getting the car prepped and transported to me and I was leaving town and needed to take delivery before I left so when they had a problem on their end they actually drove the vehicle to within 90 minutes of me, a task that took two of them (including Jacen) darn near all night to accomplish so I appreciated that. The problem is that in the process I asked Jacen to send me pictures of any blemishes / flaws that he found on the car before I committed. He sent me pictures of a couple of minor scratches, a little curb rash on one of the rims, nothing major and then he sent me pictures of the repairs that they made on these areas which looked good. Now I understand that this is a used car and I'm not unreasonable and was willing to live with the minor flaws, and they did an excellent job of repairing the areas that I was shown. Unfortunately, what I wasn't shown was HUGE SCRATCHES all across the underside of the front bumper, these came as a complete surprise to me upon delivery. We had a verbal agreement that I could return the car if I wasn't satisfied and I had withheld $5,000 until I was satisfied with a visual inspection. I was shocked and disappointed to find these scratches and immediately drove the car to my local body shop guy who informed me that to fix it properly would cost $1,000. I called Jacen and told him this and I also said that I would purchase the car anyway but would hope you guys would meet me at least half way on fixing this and the response was "I brought it to my boss and he doesn't want to spend any more money on this deal." He also told me he had run my credit card for the remaining $5,000. They had also promised me a 2nd key so they sent me one, although it was unprogrammed so that's going to cost me $120 and they offered to send me a set of Summer mats (winter mats had already been negotiated in) but instead they sent me a 2nd set of Winter mats. Also, one of the rear seat release levers is broken even though the car is CPO so that won't cost me anything to fix but a hassle. So yes I could've pushed things, I could have forced them to take the vehicle back but I'm a busy person and instead I put the ball in their court to do the right thing. The bottom line is once they took my money, they were no longer worried about doing the right thing. Love the car but that's disappointing.

Our new car shopping experience started and ended with Darryl Samuel. While we had several car companies on our list to evaluate, we were so taken with the low-key, relaxed technical presentation Darryl provided that our thoughts dwelled and remained on the new Audi. We never made it to the other stores. He provided test drives in both the A6 and A7, going over the myriad technical advancements in plain english. We were impressed. Yes, the car is expensive. Yes, the car is fantastic! Through out, Darryl provided the right answers at the right time, helped us with a financing option we originally had no intention of pursuing (but it was worth it!), and helped tailor our new car specifications. Then, he provided regular updates on the status of the build process, shipping process, and the delivery process. Finally, he spent several hours with us in the car as he systematically explained all the advanced technology integrated within this vehicle in a language we easily comprehended. Our experience was further heightened by the finance manager, Ryan. A really great effort all around by Strong Audi. Our best car buying experience to date, for sure!
