I absolutely love Manhattan Motorcars! I have bought one Porsche and two Bentleys… the customer service is top notch, every question always gets answered, they are very friendly and all work together and definitely get me the best deals on the most beautiful cars!

I went there to look at a used car. The car was being sold “as is”. I asked that it be put on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage. They did that for me. Visually the car presented well but they couldn’t get it started and the engine was not what was presented in the listing. I drove two hours one way to see this car and it was a waste of time. Very disappointing !!

I dont know if it is possible to make it easier. I didn't have an appointment and it was not a problem. They offered me a free Uber to my office. They had to hold the car overnight as there was 2 recalls I didn't know. Unfortunately I would not be in town the next day to pick up the vehicle. So they offered to drive it to my house and park it in my driveway and leave the keys with my wife at home. Only 10 dollars foe the state inspection and I was done. Everything else including service , oil change and recall fixes were free. Tha k you Manhattan Porsche. Although I did not buy my vehicle here, you treated me as Porsche Fanily....as it should be ! BRAVO !!

I'm overwhelmed by the amazing service. Both Lyza & Beth are total pros. Beth made room for an appointment on a busy week. Lyza sent me a free Uber back to my office & had the car washed!!! I brought my new Lucid Air in for a NYS inspection sticker. I was floored by the professionalism & customer service. Many thanks!! I guess my next car will be a Porsche EV! Highly recommend all around.

Was there for service overall good, for a luxury car the staff could be a bit more polished & a bit more hospitable. I work in the luxury industry & have high standards as all luxury brand should. My biggest turn off was seeing Representatives eating at there desk while processing a clients paperwork.
