I was almost tricked and robbed by a few used car dealers in search of a 2015 C300 with the sport package. After feeling helpless due to endless amount... of fraudulent situations experienced at those pop shop dealers I decided to go directly to the source. When I looked up the nearest Mercedes Benz dealer, I called the number and spoke to with Hakeem from Silver Star Motors, immediately I felt as though they were more legit and professional than all other sales reps I've previously spoke to at other dealers. . The best team ever I must say the work with seamless synergy. My sales Rep Genisis had no issue going through all my options, from mileage, colors,price,packages etc if something did not benefit me in any way we would move on to another option no pressure felt, followed by the best finance assistance I've ever Monica helped me decide the best options for me which met my budget limits she addressed all my concerns and my payments were worked out to fall below my budget limit and included 2 year warranty and service from mercedes. When it was all said and done I was happy to get my new car when I was then introduced to Gary a specialist who could teach you every detail about your cars features from operation to control settings even the history behind certain features. I did not only left there not feeling robbed but also with a greater understanding of the vehicle I've put a lot of research into. I was surprised even tho the entire process was not rushed like other dealers I've visited, i still managed to be in and out in a reasonable time. Customer service is very important, because of theirs I don't see myself purchasing another vehicle anywhere else.
I brought my Sprinter to get an ignition problem corrected 4 times and they were unable to fix it, I finely had to bring my vehicle to another dealer,... poor service, poor customer service.
I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz E300 at this dealership and I can say that I do not regret the decision I made. The customer service is great and... the salesmen really do their best to help you get exactly what you're looking for! They have a large selection of vehicles to choose from so it makes it a whole lot easier to find something that suites your needs. I give it 5 stars it's a dealership that I will buy from again.

if you want to be robbed treated badly go to Silverstar Motors. Frank Galante finance manger stole $3,000 of my deposit money. I gave him $8,000 he only... gave the bank $5,000.Who ever purchased a car from them new or used I suggest you call the bank and ask how much your deposit is on top of that Bob Dimaio had the nerve to ask me how I figured it out to add insult to injury when I asked to speak to Frank I was told he no longer works here every day there going to call me they are investigating there just stealing that???s all it rip off artist I don???t trust none of them I will never do any business with them sorry I ever stepped foot in that criminal empire I would of gave them the one star they don???t deserve any now I???m going to click the boxes of all the crooks that pretended they were going to resolve my situation they are still not giving me any answers about where my $3,000 went I know where it went in Frank Galantes pocket when I asked the owner what about checking the cameras Michael Cohen he said they don???t work that far I was upstairs cameras work every where the worst experience in my life I???d rather get all my teeth pulled then ever do business with the likes of them.

I got my regular Mercedes service by him. I can see he took care of my car just like his. Everything is great and perfect. He answered my stupid questions... very kindly and did it all I asked. Tens across the board!
I returned my lease to this dealership and got into another lease. I received a bill more than a month later full of BS charges. Extra miles, late charges,... etc. Kimmie Mendel was unwilling to properly explain any of them. She had smart alec answers. Apparently she has no manager, and she believes there is no one above her. LIAR, THIEF, DECEIVING are words to describe her. I hope her superiors read this as I will be posting this review across all sites. Because over 30 days passed, I couldn't return the car otherwise I would have. Don't ever work with KIMY MANDIL, better yet, avoid this dealership.
