I bought a 2012 Audi A4 from here, and less than 2 weeks after having the car, I had issues with the turbo not working properly and the oil sensor not... working. I took the car back to Reineke and all they did was cleared the code and lied about topping off the oil and other liquids in the vehicle. I hooked my OBD scanner to the vehicle and pulled the codes myself the next time they came up, and let them know what the issues were. They finally decided to send the car to a local repair shop, but not before it sat in the back of their Nissan dealership for two weeks. It took Reineke over two months to finally get my car back to me, because they didn't want to pay to have it fixed. It took them over a month and a half to decide that they would finally pay for the repairs since I told them that I'm not paying anything out of pocket since it still was under the crappy warranty they gave the vehicle. As of this writing, my car is sitting at home in my driveway unable to be driven because my Electronic Power Control light is on, I have a bad camshaft position sensor, and my low oil pressure switch stopped working. The car shut off on me yesterday while leaving work, and I had to have it towed home. I would NEVER recommended this shady, untrustworthy dealership to anyone.
They told me I'd have my vehicle back in 2 days. I got it back 12 days later. Everyday they told me should be done tomorrow. Yet I received 2 calls... in that whole time. One of which was informing the day it was finished. I had to call nearly every day at the end of the day to ask if it was finished since I had to make plans to get to Lima since I dont live there. Then when I got my vehicle back, it had oil running down the window and lower panel towards the back though they replaced the transmission in the front. There were also dirty handprints all around the front. They did not bother to sweep it out or wash it in the 12 days!! I will never go back there!
Everything was great and they took the time to get me what i wanted.

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima Sr on Saturday and the overall experience was exceptional! Lots of new salesman but they are definitely figuring it out.... I would definitely buy from here again and they did everything they could to make everything Pleasant and exceptional!
I had one of my cars service there for the handle and the work was done.Then I took my other car there for the exact problem the labor charge was different... and the work was not done completely and they want to charge more money three times more.But before that I had a battery replaced under warranty.So less than three years later that battery went bad.My thing was the battery that was put in had a three year warranty but they would not honor that. I feel as though something is shady is going on. So they get an F for service.
Worst car buying experience ever. From the moment I found the car I wanted online to the first visit to the dealership the experience was less than ideal.... Looking back I wish o had not chosen to do business with Reinke. The common then is over promise and under deliver as well as the right hand seems confused by the left hand and communication was lacking from the salesperson.
I want to thank Bo, Mike Sadler, and Levi Wright for helping with the problems I had with the previous car I bought. Levi wad great! I would definitely... buy another cat from him. And for Bo for putting this together. I would recommend if you buy a car from them to check if it has a spare and Jack in it.

Knowledge of staff on the car I wanted was excellent for not being the make they sell. All the sales staff were courteous and got me the best deal.
