    I highly recommend taking a ride to the Manhatten Jeep dealership to buy yourself the cute but rugged Reneagade. Max was our salesman and he was so Fantastic.. gentle and trustworthy. The process of buying a new car stresses me out so he helped me get to the end result I wanted...A NEW JEEP! I drove it home to the Jersey shore and it was a nice ride even at 80 mph. I had very good visibility from all angles. Pick up was good and had such fun with all the new gadgets inside the car. I highly recommend this Jeep along with getting the deal that you are happy with at Manhatten Jeep on 11th ave. Just Awesome! Special thanks to Dave the GM!

    I was in the market for a muscle car, I've only owned Mustangs in the past from this category and was looking to come out of a BMW M235i with a couple of payments left (Because my lease expires in the winter and I have to return it with a set of summer tires, so why pay another hefty bill for the Michelin PSSs). Anyhow - the real point to be made here, is how great it was to work with Neil from the sales team. I have not had someone actually pay more attention to me as a customer in the past. Sales guys have a way of working, they have goals to meet in terms of volume, it becomes evident as they try to push you into a deal you don't really want or need. They use the advantage of the situation knowing that while you're physically at the dealership it is easy for them to get you to agree to pay a few bucks more a month. "For only 50 more you could have this".. heard it so many times. Neil had a Challenger R/T Scat pack that caught my attention, but it was a 2017 and he told me that they can't do any of the rebates that they can on the Charger R/T Scat pack, if you know your cars, you know that both cars sit on the same chasis with a 50/50 weight split, minimal difference in how they behave on the road. He quoted me a price on the charger, I told him it was out range. So instead of trying to convince me to take the car, he asked me what I wanted instead. He sat down with me and we did a custom build, realized there was a $11K difference in the car he had in the showroom and the one I wanted (without a lot of the bells and whistles). I looked my deals up on Honcker and I knew what was a good price. He worked with me and guess what, I got the $55K car for a $48K lease rate with $0 down and they built in the Wheel and Tire Warranty + Excessive wear coverage. Both these things added up are worth another $1,200 and have you covered for basically just being able to turn the car in at lease end, I highly recommend these options because when you lease it's not your car technically. Lastly, I picked up the car 4 days after seeing it first and they originally sold me one that was black, I saw they had one in Maximum Steel (wasn't originally aware of this) and asked last minute if they would swap this at 8:00 pm on a Monday night.. guess what? not a hassle at all, I was well aware I was being a difficult customer here but they made no issue of it and redid all the paperwork since the car had a different VIN. That's how good Neil and his team were to me. Rest assured - I'll be back when I need my next car in February. Thanks a ton Neil! PS. I did realize that I would take the dimensions package anyway which wasn't in my original build and Neil's car had that. It swaps out the 245's for the 275 Pirelli Performance ZRs and equips you with the 6 piston brembos as opposed to the 4 piston versions. When you have near 500 hp at the crank, you need the extra rubber and stopping power.

Before I could get two words out I was rudely put on hold (no please hold) just PUT on HOLD then she comes back, I begin to explain then AGAIN... “CLICK” & Im speaking to music. They lost a sale!     WOW !! Amazing. Leif my car salesman, Frank in finance, Jeremy in internet sales !!! Run don't walk to buy a car from them please. I live in New Jersey but I took a chance and went into NYC and ill never buy from anywhere else. They are honest and cheap too. Cheap as in low car prices fyi. I purchased a gorgeous 2014 Chrysler 300 that i love.

    After agreeing on a price we met the credit guy to set up the financing. Somewhere between the salesmans desk and the final contract $1,995 was added to the price. When we noticed this and went back for an explanation it was called "aftermarket fees". I questioned this and was told destination charges and car preperation???? The car was a few blocks away! I consider this a LIE!! The car also came with only 1 FOB(after waiting almost 3 hours for the car) so I had to take another day to go to their service department for a new one to be made- FUN...but I was told to bring the car in needing gas as they were gonna fill the tank for me for my trouble which turned out to be a LIE!! We were also told that we would be able to start the car remotely with the U-Connect which we cannot. While this may have been plain ignorance and not a LIE, it still screwed us because this is the 1 extra that we wanted and now cant be worked into the price of the car and financed. I guess you cant trust the sales people at Manhattan Dodge to know what they are talking about. When informed that we couldn't start the car with U-Connect they told us that they would give us the "employee discount" price of $800 which is not only a LIE but a rediculous LIE!! I went back to the store and spoke to the manager and was told the $1,995 was the service agreement which must be his standard response or LIE!! because he wouldnt even take the time to look at the paperwork I had or he would have known that was incorrect or that he was just caught in a LIE!!- he just kept trying to pawn me off on the credit guys. I guess once they get your money they have no time for you!

    Brought my car in because my headlights were not working. Manager told me they have to charge me 350 to diagnose and if it???s covered by warranty(1.5years in my LEASE) then I don???t have to pay. Manager claims my light bulbs are aftermarket therefore voids warranty. Wanted 1300$ to change 2 light bulbs. Plus the diagnostic fee. Get lawst.

    Neil Iton was more than professional and courteous-he was attentive and attended to all my concerns. I highly recommend Mr. Iton; I purchased my first Jeep from him over 21 years ago and I the car still runs well. I have returned to purchase a Dodge Ram and could it not have been an easier process. I know he will be there to address sny post purchase problems or concerns if there will be any and he will treat me just as well as when I purchased.
