My wife and I just purchased a 2017 F250 from Watseka Ford. This was our first car purchase in about 10 years and our first ever long distance purchase.... I was extremely anxious about purchasing a vehicle long distance (10 hours away) sight unseen. I worked with Steve Hannay. From my first call inquiring about the vehicle to delivery, I found the experience very positive. Steve was very thorough and timely in responding to my questions and requests (photos and information). He was able to set up delivery to my house in less than a week, despite the car being a recent trade that still needed to be prepped. I was very nervous about wiring money prior to delivery, but my fears were alleviated when the care arrived. It came in excellent condition and matched the description. The driver, Travis, was extremely courteous and spent time walking me through key features of the car. I chose to buy here because they happened to have the car I was looking for at a fair price on cars.com, and I am happy to report I would recommend them to others.
