Very happy dealing with Carmen Kiger, she worked very hard to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. We purchased a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus. Everyone at Watseka Ford were very helpful and nice. We will return there for any of maintenance needs.

Our new truck buying experience with Ethan was great.
Our new truck buying experience with Ethan was great. The well known dealer “back and forth” between salesperson and sales manager was minimal (1-2 times depending on your definition). Search for the youtube “TruCoat” scene from the movie Fargo. Hilarious, but with expletives. Ethan was a pleasure to work with and got each of us on board with the Ford App. Also, we first wondered why they did not attach my front license plate (required in IL). As it turns out, while there are pre-drilled indentions on the front bumper, most Ranger owners (maybe all trucks) prefer a non-invasive work around. Ethan offered to attach but suspected that we would not want them to do that. I found the work-around that can only be done by the owner. See the ranger6g forum. Ethan’s passion and genuine care for us as customers was evident from the beginning. The same can be said with the Sales Manager Jason. We were very happy with our experience. No stress. And the Ranger is beautiful.

Was an extremely satisfying experience at Watseka Ford. Derrick answered my questions before I even knew what to ask. Jason put together a contract exactly what I was looking for. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Turned out a stressful situation was a fun time.

Outstanding dealership!! People are friendly and helpful they go out of there way to help in anyway possible to make the car buying process easier and faster.
