Luxurious Vehicle but Poor customer Service Very

Luxurious Vehicle but Poor customer Service Very disappointed service. Keep saying making an appointment for many times without listening one word just sitting at his desk. Yelling at the customer without listening why I am here for. I just want to ask one question before making service appointment. Keep yelling “making an appointment” for many times without listening one word just sitting at his desk. I just want this situation to be noted so that in the future nobody will have to deal with these unacceptable behavior especially for minority

I bought a Cayman S last year and came back to John Del

I bought a Cayman S last year and came back to John Del Tatto to buy a Macan. Once again, John was able to get me the perfect car. John is a great resource and true professional. I would recommend John to anyone. I have had two excellent experiences with this dealership. Louis in the Service Dept is also the best!

The service orientation and commitment to serving Gold Coast Porsche customers are truly exceptional. Mark Bennett, who handled my Cayenne service appointment, exceeded all expectations in assisting me. I am genuinely grateful for the outstanding service provided by the Gold Coast Porsche Service Team. When I called to inquire about the service sign on my Porsche Cayenne, Mark and the team efficiently explained the repair process and promptly procured the necessary parts. The entire experience was incredibly seamless. I highly recommend the service center of this Porsche dealership!

I had to take my car to another dealership for it to

I had to take my car to another dealership for it to finally be fixed with the first service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE xxx DEALERSHIP. My initial encounter with Gold Coast Porsche was moderately satisfactory, with the staff displaying polite, yet somewhat lackluster, hospitality. This lukewarm reception foreshadowed the disappointing journey that followed the purchase of my vehicle, which turned out to be fraught with issues. Regrettably, the car I bought from Gold Coast Porsche could only be described as a lemon. Within the first six months, it required repairs on 12 separate occasions, a fact that speaks volumes about the quality of vehicles being sold at this dealership. Moreover, the ordeal revealed a concerning strategy presumably endorsed by Porsche North America to avoid a buyback, a tactic that places undue strain and inconvenience on the customer. The post-sale service was profoundly unsatisfactory. The dealership's communication was woefully inadequate, leaving me in the dark about the repair processes and timelines. One repair, which should have been simple, inexplicably took a whole month to address. This inefficiency felt like a deliberate act of retaliation. In a particularly disheartening turn of events, after expressing my dissatisfaction, the dealership attempted to placate me with a free oil change in exchange for silencing my negative review. This approach to handling criticism not only lacks integrity but also underscores a preference for superficial remedies over substantive improvements in customer service and vehicle reliability. Given these experiences, I must advise potential buyers to steer clear of Gold Coast Porsche. Buyer beware: the experience at Gold Coast Porsche was nothing short of a nightmare, made worse by their attempts to bribe away honest feedback. Garbage xxx dealership.

Garbage xxx dealership. This has to be the worst service center I ever did business with. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here for service. They lie about what service was done to your car and it was never done. Go to another Porsche service center. They will take your money fast and then act dumb when it’s time to do work. Your car will be held hostage by this dealership.

To The Porsche Gold Coast Team, First, I would like to profess my sincere gratitude and appreciation to all for making my purchasing experience at Porsche Gold Coast the "BEST" car buying experience EVER!! The professionalism, attentiveness and exceptional customer service was phenomenal. There were others within the Team that were impressive that made my purchase of a Porsche Macan a success, but I want to acknowledge and highlight Mike Gao, he was great! He was patient, courteous, and respectful and responded to all my questions and when I needed assistance through the processing for insurance, he made sure that all information was on point. He made me feel "Special ", as I am now entering into the "Porsche-Ownership Family ". In addition, I also want to give my appreciation and thanks to John Del Tatto for his very extensive “step-by-step” and informative tutorial regarding how to operate my Porsche Macan. He followed up with me as a “check in” call and personally offered a second opportunity for me to learn how to operate my Porsche which I will be accepting because there still remains a lot of information that I need to know and I could not capture it all in one session. This is the second time we bought a car from John Del Tatto and he has exceeded our expectations! He was transparent, friendly, courteous and honest about the whole deal from beginning to end. We will definitely come back to Porsche Gold Coast for our next car because of John’s amazing customer service.

Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. I was in the market for a new Macan and it took me several years of research and waiting for the right time. I reached out to other dealerships ranging from the southeast to the northeast. Some were good people but not enough to earn their business. Mr. Del Tato was straight forward since day one. His knowledge about explaining the next steps down to the most intricate detail when ordering the vehicle. He offered recommendations as far what were useful and what were not, without being a typical pushy salesperson. He encouraged me to look into different financial options in order to get the best finance rate. It took nearly six months to get the Macan T. He worked very diligently to make sure everything was properly done by the time of pickup. When the car arrived to the dealership, he took time to explain all the features of the vehicle. Since my family and I were traveling from North Carolina, he made sure we had plenty water and snacks. This may not be significant for many but sometimes small things can make a big impact, specially getting to know each other. I won’t write a book about this but Mr. Del Tato made a lasting impression on my family and I. He even follow up with a message and a phone call to make sure we arrived safely from NY to NC. Thank you sir!
