I came in to have an anti device installed for my 2017
I came in to have an anti device installed for my 2017 skill the young lady explained everything to me and when she came to get me she told me some issues that I had and she's very thorough she told me to take about an hour it was less than an hour she was very good at what she did thank you

In 5 yrs or almost that long, I have never had a bad experience at KIA of Lincoln. I said I would never own a KIA my first was a 2018 Sorento and now it's a 2025 K5. It's been a wonderful experience

The shark fin antenna got only a paint damage,
The shark fin antenna got only a paint damage, functionally working. They didn't diagnose a roof body damage which is visible on naked eye. They replaced only the part, ripped me off $700+ for unfinished issue. I can't even take it to a car wash now unless the roof is fixed.

Great service department. They are always so accommodating and very friendly. They always give my KIA a thorough inspection and talk to me about everything before they proceed with any replacements or additions to my appointment. I live at least 4 hours from this dealership and its WELL worth my time and travel, for their customer service and knowledge.
