    This service department went out of their way to assist me. My AC was having problems, the defect was commonplace in the 2011 to 2014 models but was felt... to be no longer a concern. My 2016 had the identical problem and they went to bat for me to have it covered by the maker. Hat's off to a dealer who will stand up for me.

    They are hard workers and I always get the best service from them. I highly recommend buying or repairing your car at this location. They will explain... everything you want to know about your vehicle. 10 our of 10.

    My first time using KIA of Lincoln for repairs. This is a small dealership that makes you feel like you are their most important customer. Quick service... and a fantastic staff! The staff remember previous customers that came in while I was there and greeted them by name. My repairs were finished in a very timely manner. The lounge has coffee, snacks, a place to plug in technology and free Wi-Fi. I will be returning to this dealership for future repairs.

    Larry and the staff at Kia of Lincoln were very kind. They helped me find a great car. Clearly explained the car's features and the financing, and synced... my phone for me. I bought a Kia Soul. It's a fabulous car. Buying from Kia of Lincoln was a great experience. Thank you, Larry!

    BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT get your vehicle serviced by KIA Of Lincoln. Not only will they make service errors, but they will NOT correct them! A direct quote... by Mr. D. Chambers dchambers@kiaoflincoln dot com Service Manager with his two service advisers by his side as witnesses : "I do not care if you're a customer or not!" UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS!
