6/5 stars. Larry and the Kia of Lincoln team provided a great experience from start to finish. Specifically, they didn't try to upsell me on anything, truly listened when asking what I was seeking, and made the car-buying process painless. I like how Larry started in the office and asked what I was specifically seeking, rather than waste time on the campus with a ton of inventory. This saved time, confusion, and headache. Highly recommend.

Forgot the OIL
They have done my oil changes and car repairs on my KIA. However, this last oil change, they didn't put the proper amount of oil in during the oil change service. Disappointed

Fake pricing and fake discounts
Funny how there are tons of 5 star reviews here. I was looking for a certain 2024 car that have a MRSP's of $29k. When you visit the dealer web site every car is listed $4000 to $6000 over that with no extra options other than colors and save one that had a sunroof package and it was $1000 more, But they all say Lincoln discount of $4000 which makes the car the same price as any other dealer without any fake discounts. Can tell right from that I wouldn't want to deal with this place. Also they don't have any links to see the sticker prices. I wonder why hmmm.

Friendly and professional service
I have acquired vehicles from this dealership since 2012 and have always had a great experience when having the vehicles in for routine maintenance. The technicians, especially Ashley, are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this dealership for servicing your vehicle.

Not fixing engines with known defects
I have had two engines go out on two different cars. They took forever to fix 1st one and did poor work. Now they are refusing to replace the engine in the second vehicle. They are rude. They ignore getting you to management. Last Kia I will ever buy.

Excellent Experience
Luke was incredibly knowledgeable of the cars that I was interested in. Very low pressure sales. He took the time to answer questions and make sure I well informed about the vehicles I was looking at. I told Chad what payment I was comfortable with and he worked his magic to get me there. The entire process from start to finish was pleasant and I didn't feel like I was dealing with the typical stereotype car salesman. I have and will continue to recommend Kia of Lincoln to friends and family.

I have gone to these mechanics from 1983 onward. They are the only people I will pay to repair my cars. They have done oil changes, axle changes, and engine changes for me and have earned my trust.

Perhaps the worst customer service experiences ever! I really like my Kia Soul but will never purchase another Kia or Hyundai because the service at this dealership is that bad!!!

2021 Telluride
Shady dealing tactics. They tried to pressure me into accepting a deal that included offering me $2,000 below the trade in value of my car by having office people supposedly calling customers waiting to buy the car I was interested in. Then the interest rate offered was around 6%. When I refused to accept that with my perfect credit suddenly the came down to 3.8%. I took that and refinanced the loan at my bank the next day for 3.0% and took the banks service coverage, had Kia cancel theirs and saved $3,000 on that alone!

Terrible sales tactics, attempting to hide pricing in payments instead of being honest. Unwilling to negotiate. Find another dealer - this one is not worth your time.
