    Great dealership! We have now bought 3 new & 1 used vehicle from Diehl. I feel like a valued customer every time I stop in, whether for new truck/car shopping or for service. Employees treat you like you matter... not just another number! Service is prompt and courteous. We only go there for scheduled maintenance because nothing ever goes wrong with our Toyotas!

  • Not a returning customer

    Went in yesterday for an oil change and to begin a warranty claim on my vehicles grill, where the chrome has bubbled on my 2015 toyota highlander....

    Went in yesterday for an oil change and to begin a warranty claim on my vehicles grill, where the chrome has bubbled on my 2015 toyota highlander. I purchased the vehicle in the US (from a different dealer)knowing it was a canadian car, no big deal, because it is warrented, but the clerk has to do some research to find my vin number in the toyota system, or contact toyota and have them do the leg-work. Next thing I know, my car was serviced and never looked over for the warranty claim, ready for me to pay and leave. They (Diehl) promised they would call me once everything was ironed out, I also contacted the dealer I purchased the vehicle from whom also was willing to help them through the process (when I was in the waiting room); however, never contacted or taken care of by either clerk involved. I reinforced prior to leaving that I really wanted Diehl to do the warranty work, hoping I could begin bringing my vehicle there for service regularly being close to home- blank stare... The main reason I went there was to take care of the warranty item, I can get a $52 oil change anywhere, thanks for nothing! Terrible customer service from 2 service clerks and their unwillingness to problem solve or help a new customer is enough reason for me to travel a little farther to another toyota dealer.

    Friendly atmosphere with a very knowledgeable staff. I went in 50/50 on a decision between 2 vehicles and they guided me through the benefits of both to make the best choice possible. I will be back to Diehl Automotive Group again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others, level of service is unmatched.
