    I travel 10 miles to go here for service because the dealership is small and has a friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get too and even in high rush hour... traffic times there's no problems getting into the driveway and finding parking. Unlike the larger dealerships across the Island, Metric is an independent (just Subaru) and is truly hassle free. It has less customer volume which enables them to focus individually on getting things done. Service is typically done faster than the original estimates. When they say an hour it usually means 35 minutes. Its the dealers job to make money on services. I get it. However it is cost competitive with other dealerships in the area. I'm still waiting on their new facilities proposal to be built as the building is old and needs updating. The service waiting room is small and you will need to walk about to stretch your legs as it's too tight for tall folks to extend knees locked. The waiting room chairs need to be updated for longer sit ins, they serve their purpose for 30 minutes tops. What really is nice, is your free to walk the facility and grounds while waiting with out an employee asking if you need help every 5 minutes.

    Just turned 1000 miles and now can enjoy the full capabilities of this Forester XT. Would highly recommend it. Too bad Subaru is not continuing to make... the 2.0 liter version of the Forester.

    Metric Subaru was my choice to buy my new Outback and I was very happy. They didn't haggle or hard sell, they just gave me a good price (I researched... before) and a fair deal. My Outback has surpassed my expectations and I am a very satisfied customer.

    This is the 4th Subaru I have purchased from this dealership: the first was a Justy that Subaru doesn't import to USA any more. One Legacy and two... Outbacks. The first 3 cars were traded after all of them had over 250K on the odometer. When went to get my 4th car I test drove every hybrid vehicle and every all-wheel brand going but the Outback was the most comfortable and I stuck with it. I use this dealer because they are Subaru specialists and they are very reliable. They give very good customer service and the repairs are appropriate.

    I knew I wanted to buy a car from Chris Guy when he picked up my last minute phone call at the end of the day Friday and politely answered my questions... regarding an Outback that was displayed on their website inventory but already was sold. My wife and I went over to Metric the next morning, met Chris in person and he remembered my name. He was a gentlemen throughout the selling process, he did not rush us, took us on test drives of both an Outback and a Forester and patiently answered all of our questions. Even after we closed the purchase of a new Forester, Chris spent a great deal of time with my wife and I explaining all the features of our new car. The financial manager, Larry added on to the experience and offered several payment options for the protections plans. There was no hard sell, no pressure tactics and we were treated very well throughout the entire process.
