I could place some of the blame on myself for signing over a car before receipt of money. The deal was structured for me to receive payment on a truck... with a clear title. Today is two weeks, I still have yet to receive payment. Thinking of CFFB , I don't want to take it there. The alarming concern is I wasn't informed until after I signed the lease agreement that the check could take some time. I wouldn't have leased if I knew I was to wait this long for a check. They knew that and pulled a fast one on me. shame on me, but shame on them as well. They claim that on this very Friday June 14th no one is authorized to sign a check since the owner is out of town. Smells funny, and I would not recommend at this point. Hopefully they can redeem themselves and do the honorable thing and help a struggling client, but it was their priority to sell and that is all they care about. I wasn't thinking highway dealership, konner always treated me well.
The entire Staff was Wonderful!!! They were very patient with letting us make a decision on purchasing a new vehicle.

I purchased an used 2013 infinite G37 they lied about service record from Paublo and the manager Carlos for my fiancee's in December of 2018. The tire... pressure warning is still on Paublo promised to fix the light. We took it took to them first time in early January they had the car for a week stated the back tires were both and they replaced them both and reset the light without checking the sensors. We took it back the second time they reset it again, then the 3rd was when the transmission when bad just 2 weeks ago in late January. I was told the car had a brand new transmission at the time of purchase however I found out from STS that transmission was not new and it had to be replaced. We took it back to Chevy to replace the transmission and have the light removed. They repaired the transmission had the car for 2 weeks and still decided not to change the defective sensors as promised by Carlos. They call my girl yesterday and tried to give her the run around about replacing the sensors stating they would have marked up the price if they had serviced it properly,

You did not do so well this time guys! It took longer than I was told to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Then, I was told that I needed two... new filters--which I agreed to have replaced. You were polite and professional, but again, was late in completing the job from the time projected. Later, the Service Manager had to pull my car from the line, as I waited more than 10 minutes for a car wash-which was never completed--so that I would not be late for work. If it was not for Omar--I would have been late. He was wonderful, but his crew was too relaxed -- and his car washers did not try to keep things moving. This makes him look bad--and makes your company look bad as well. You have always provided "top service" in the past, so I am forgiving--and will return. However, you should know that this last experience was less than "stellar". I now also have a "humming sound in my engine" when I turn the fan on and switch to levels higher than #2 (For example, level #3 and #4). This was not there prior to the filter replacements. Any connection? Was everything installed properly? Since I am not frequently in the West Caldwell area, I am not sure when I can stop by for you to listen to my concern. Not major, yet annoying. And, by the way--WHAT ABOUT THOSE RED SOX? Does anyone still have a broom laying around? Perhaps the best part of the weekend which followed!!!
Very disappointed. Kept me waiting for 5 hour & didn’t tell me I needed to wait that long. No communication by service rep. Never again come to this place.
