    Called about a vehicle that I was interested in. No response back after 2 days. I decided to go to the dealership in person. The the salesman was very... intimidating in your face kind of tactics right from the start, which I was not going to tolerate. The manager did not want to be bothered to intervene, instead he went on a smoke break. This had to be one of the strangest dealership experiences I've ever had.

    I never experience inappropriate behavior/sexual harassment like I did at Art Moran Buick GMC. The guy who sold me my car, Norman Graves was very inappropriate... as I came for an oil change back in July. He made sexual references and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He would flirt with me whenever I came in and I would shut them down and tell him to continue to flirt with my mom because he was closer to her age. He finally took it too far and I told my father after I left, he called the dealership and the general manager pretty much dismissed it which caused my dad to go up there. Their HR manager said she would be suspending him (I don’t know if it happened), he called my cell phone the next day and I let the dealership know. After a little while they did nothing so my dad called GMC and they dismissed it as well. I am leaving a bad review because NO ONE should feel uncomfortable while getting their car serviced, especially after telling someone to stop. Inappropriate behavior like that should not be done while in a professional setting and I wanted to warn others of the way they operate here at Art Moran.

    Derek Brothers and the rest of your team at Art Moran Buick/GMC-Southfield, MI has such an amazing team. With attention to detail, prompt and courteous... service, our company vehicle was serviced while I was swept off to work by your wonderful shuttle driver. I highly and proudly recommend this location to everyone and have been speaking to our CFO to see what we can do about utilizing this location for our fleet vehicles.

    First of all I would like to state I have bought/leased 10 vehicles in the last 20 years and dealt with 7 dealerships. This may be alot to some and little... to others, but I know what to expect from a dealership. This experience has been the worst so far. I live in upper michigan and was setting purchase up over the phone . The whole process from start to finish was dragged out over a week. Sales associate would take 3-4hrs in-between every question and answer to respond which dragged out standard purchase process for days. Credit app took two days . Then I drove all the way down there to get my trade in appraised and test drive new truck. Paperwork took so long that Saturday they ran out of time and I couldn't take truck. Said they would deliver it. Which was fine because I found a deep scratch in the bumper I pointed out and they said it would be fixed. They kept truck 6 days and delivered my $52,000 denali 500 miles to my wife with scratch still there. She signed off, I was out of town and now they haven't returned my call. Who does that? Art Moron does!!! Still in disbelief
