Recent service vist for my Allroad

I brought my car in for service as it seemed that the car was not performing to its normal standard along with a problem I was having with my washer fluid sensor.. My customer service representative was professional and courteous. When a colleague informed him that my car mileage was just over the 50,000 mile limit for my warranty he immediately sensed my concern and told me he would see what he could do. When I picked up the car he informed me that there were no problems found with the car's performance but they did remove, clean and reinstall the washer fluid sensor and it was done at no charge which I was very appreciative of. My family has purchased 3 Audis from Paul Miller since 2007 and we have always found the service to be excellent. They are very customer focused and show their appreciation for your business.

Excellent from the moment I walked in

Super high quality experience. No pressure and total transparency. John Regan was exceptional and searched the inventory for a model equipped the way I wanted it in a color I wanted. Not only painless, but a pleasurable buying experience. They even offered to come to my house to guide me through all the great features of the car.

Excellent sales experience

Anthony Freda is the best car salesman with whom I have ever dealt. Not only knowledgeable and forthright but exceptionally patient with my wife and me. He was recommended by another of your customers and totally justified their recommendation. Michael Motasis was also very helpful in making all the paperwork understandable.

Jamie Panariello is fantastic

Jamie is very sincere, honest, and caring .. not qualities commonly associated with care dealers. She was attentive, responsive, and ensured I was happy. She went to bat against management to get me what I wanted. Thank you Jamie for providing transparency and "looking out for me". I highly recommend her and applaud the efforts of management. I had contacted the dealership to lease a new Audi.

Number 1 car dealership in New Jersey

We have been (wife and I)customers of this dealership for over 8 years and have purchase probably 10 vehicles from them and not once have they ever disappointed us. Don Cherry, sales person,Michael in administration are all extremely talented and courteous in assuring all customer needs are met. I just cannot say enough about this dealership under the auspices of General Manager Thom Rockey they are hands down in my opinion the number one dealership in the state...Nick from Ramsey
