Avis ford

I was smooth and quick. We were treat with respect and we were able to pick out what we wanted. No rush. The paper work went through with no problems. Very happy

Great service

Great customer service knowledgeable about the plans. The information was very clear. Walter Simmons went out his way to make sure that I understood the way my new car works. He explained the new features in my car and he showed me how to set up my phone to my car.

Have had great service at Avis

We lease our cars from Avis and are very satisfied. We like the friendliness and service from our salesperson Frank C. We have also been very satisfied with the service department where we have dealt with Larry multiple times. I was cranky because we had to come in for a recall on our Focus but Larry took care of it in a timely fashion.

This is as Good as it gets

This was my second time leasing a Ford Escape, my sales person Lou Marchesi was great and was very patience in making sure that all my requirements were meet right down to my budget. Just like my first time leasing everything was aimed at making sure that I was satisfied. He stayed in contact with me and kept me updated about everything I needed to know about. Because my work schedule did not allow me to always be available via telephone he would email me information and make sure I was aware of any special promotions and when I asked a question he responded in a timely manner. So needless to say when this lease is up I will be right back at Avis Ford.

Vehicle lease

The lease rocess takes too much time. Effeciencies are needed to shorten the amount of customers time. The salesman did not follow through on my request for a cargo cover. Its a full week after the deal is done and I still don't have the cover. I like my vehicle but this may be my last visit to this dealership.

RIP-OFF

Got a used car that needs to be repaired? Don't come to Avis Ford. Almost cost us $300 for a job to be looked at and didn't even have the diagnosis correct! On top of that, couldn't admit they were wrong and offer a refund for run of the mill service. WON"T BE BACK...not even for an oil change! Try Alpha Auto Services in Southfield...got us back up and running.

Excellent leasing experience

I recently leased a 2016 Ford F150 and the experience was excellent. I have leased 2 previous vehicles at Avis and the experience was similar. My salesman, Jeremy Z. was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was able to find a vehicle with the features I was looking for and within the price range I was looking to spend. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Ford vehicle, you won't be disappointed.

Easy and Fast experience!

Thank you to Greg Gnatek at Avis for in Southfield, MI for being an EXCELLENT sales rep. NO pressure, HONEST, FAIR. I can't speak highly enough of the experience. Buying a used car is risk, however, I feel completely confident in our purchase from Greg. He offered a better deal before we even asked, and gave us a very deal on our trade-in.
