Overall, in the 16 years that I've been a customer I have had the best experience. Only one thing. The manager of the Quick Lane service center should be either replaced, fired or transfered immediately.

I have been leasing my vehicles from Avis Ford for over 30 years. I would not go to another dealership. I receive great customer service.

I have been buying vehicles from Avis Ford since 1993.

I have been buying vehicles from Avis Ford since 1993. Their service department never fail. My service advisor on this visit was Allan Martich. Allan was very helpful. Allan kept me in the loop with the status of repairs to my vehicle, as well as the estimated costs for the repairs and the expected time frame for completion of the repairs. Very happy with my overall experience. The Service Department is very professional and customer focused.

Service department shouldn't be trusted.

Service department shouldn't be trusted. Brief experience: my Focus horn stopped working. Avis quoted $500 to repair. Fortunately I couldn't wait for their repair window, so I did it myself. The part cost $29 via an Internet order. Installation took me an hour or two using a YouTube video as a guide. If I had had a hydraulic lift as the dealership does, I could have done it in less than 20 minutes -- even doing it for the first time. So let's see... a $60 part (100% mark up) plus 1/3 hour of labor at $200/hour = about a $130 (max) repair! But they wanted to charge $500!!! I will never trust them again -- and neither should you.

Sales team might be great and quick lane staff is awesome

Sales team might be great and quick lane staff is awesome but the service center is horribly unprofessional. They tried to over charge for simple services then the manager was very rude and wouldn’t listen to my issue dispite my calm demeanor he put me out the dealership. I get the feeling he may be discriminating against minorities when it comes to issues with repairs. The same dealership inspected my brakes and claimed they were good and 2 days later they were screeching so loud I had to bring my car back.
