Multiple people suddenly interested 🤔
I live 772 miles away, had my financing in place, and I told them I'd put money down on the car to hold it. We started the deal, and it was pending I sold a truck, which happened. When they closed sat night, the price of the car was jacked up 1500 dollars and all of a sudden multiple people wanted that car. Just seems to me like they arent a straight up dealership, they use the typical lines like our online price is our best price. And multiple people are interested in this vehicle, maybe true, maybe not, I know this isn't the only bad review and the way they handle things, won't be the last.
Hi Jesse. I appreciate your review but not only is it inaccurate, it is unfair. Columbiana Cadillac Buick Chevrolet does not "hold" vehicles for any reason. Your salesperson made that clear to you. I have a sales floor with salespeople trying to make a living. You have a truck that is pending a sale and any deal we might have made was contigent upon you selling your truck. How does that make business sense for this store to stop everyone else from selling the Dodge while we all wait to see what Jesse does with his truck?? I can't hold up my business while we wait for you to figure what you have to do with your truck. As for the price going up, it had nothing to do with you. We price our vehicles according to the market and the market changed. It didn't happen that evening either. I changed the price at 12:17 PM on Saturday the 7th and the car sold Monday morning. You weren't the only one looking at that car believe it or not. In less than 2 weeks we had over 8,000 people look at that car online. Not to mention countless phone calls and emails. I would suggest that next time you are looking for a car that is 772 miles away from you, have everything in order before trying to purchase a car. There isn't a dealer in the world that would hold a car for you while you figure out when you can sell yours. If you would like to discuss this further please call me at 330-482-3331. I had my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on 4/27/22 and I was completely satisfied with the work. I didn't have to wait long and when they called me back, I was pleasantly surprised that they washed it and swept inside. I'm so glad I changed to Columbiana Chevy. I would highly recommend them in the future. Excellent experience.

Not to be trusted. The birthplace and proving grounds of "the proverbial used car salesman". Integrity, good faith, fair play are not in their vocabulary. We reached an agreement on a car and trade, I had an appointment to complete the purchase. They sold the car to another buyer and canceled my appointment. Car shopper beware.

Drove a hour and a half to go look at a 2017 ram 2500 white 50,000 mi do not buy it transmission was covered in oil leaking mud all up underneath it and they wanted way too much for it and I have a truck two years newer and they tried to lowball me like I was stupid or something Do not go there they have nothing but junk and you'll be disappointed
Bob, Thank you for your review although it is unfair and untrue. The vehicle you came in to see was just taken in on trade. It had not yet been detailed. It was given a quick clean because you were coming to see it. A full detail was scheduled. The transmission was not leaking oil either as the oil was just changed and there is an oil catch that catches oil when the filter was changed. When you test drove the truck and since the oil catch wasn't cleaned out yet, it blew the oil from the catch basin over the undercarriage. You didn't give us the chance to prove that to you though. As for your trade value, if we lowballed our customers then we would never take in a trade. That's why you are free to shop your trade wherever you feel. Lastly, your opinion is we sell junk. I can assure you that 95% of our pre-owned vehicles are either off lease purchases, local trade-ins, or customers selling us their vehicles. Almost all of which are still under manufacturer warranty. Having said that, we still safety check every pre-owned unit and offer an in house powertrain warranty that covers the powertrain for 3 months, unlimited miles. We do not sell junk and for every bad review, like yours, you will find 20 great reviews. I hope you find what you are looking for and I also hope that when you do, you take the time to leave a good review just as you took the time to leave a bad one.

Took my 2017 ats in for oil change this morning. Asked salesman what you would pay for me to buy my car back from me. I received a letter stating you were interested since I had very low mileage and car was in excellent shape. Salesman said that he would give me $18,000. I told him that Kelley Blue Book was $27,000. He then told me to go sell it to Kelley. Pretty classless comment in my opinion.
