    I have an MB station wagon that Rob Ghanbari has been taking beyond excellent care of and recently my wife and I bought an MB E350 sedan and not only was the price and service agreement terrific, but Ken Jones spent hours showing us how to handle the high tech features and showed us how to drive and use the car to our best advantage. There are so many features, and if there is any problem, considering how Rob Ghanbari has dealt with the station wagon, we are in better than good hands.

    My family and I have been customers of Southampton Mercedes for many years. Smitty is our service representative and he has helped all 7 of my family members on many occasions. He is always there for us with a big smile and a swift solution! He is effective, efficient and never fails to get the job done both timely and expeditiously! Smitty goes beyond the call of duty and is a tremendous asset to Mercedes. I always recommend any of my friends who drive a Benz to speak to Smitty when they have a question! Smitty is the best!!

    Jeffery Smith as far as I am concerned is an outstanding employee, Mr. Smith took care of my service in prompt manner and I did not have to wait for anything. He had my loaner car ready when I arrived and made my service experience a a pleasure. Mr. Smith is a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Southampton, and they should be proud to have him working for them.

    I have been leasing cars for years, and I just needed to lease again last year... I wanted to get a different make instead of Mercedes ... I went into 2 different show rooms and my experience was horrible. No one cared, did not even look up from sales desks. I came back to Mercedes Benz of Southampton and it was again, a great experience. But the reason I truly come back is Smitty... he IS the best!!!!! Gets me in and out, car delivered on time and really is knowledgeable.

    '"Smitty handling my service needs was above and beyond the call of duty He spotted a vin # error on my ins.card and resolved what could have been a major problem. His overall service rated 1-10 would be an ELEVEN. I will continue to seek out help in the future.

    Have been dealing with Andy Byers for several years. Always makes my service experience seamless and is professional and helpful. Even when the service center gets very busy in season, he tries his best to get my car dealt with in a timely manner. Always appreciate his efforts.

    Never have I experienced such incompetence. The service department failed to meet a single promised deadline. Moreover, twice we were told the car was ready for pickup only for the car to not even have been worked on. The second time we were told the car keys would be with the sales department on Easter Sunday after 11am. We arrived at 11:30am only to find the entire dealership closed. Unbelievable ! Never again.

    The hits just keep rollin'. Can you believe when my car was delivered to my home it was filthy with handprints of grease on every door and on the front passenger seat as well? I was told the car had been washed. . The dealership offered to swap my car with a loaner and to have the car cleaned. But after this fiasco how could anyone in their right mind give these guys their car for this type of so called "service". It's like going to the doctor for a headache and leaving with a labotomy, three infections and a few left over sponges in your abdomen. Would you go back and let the doctor "make it right"? All this for the priveledge of paying $1500 for the "service". Avoid this business like a Zika carrying mosquito.
