Most Enjoyable Car Buying Experience I've Had

I was looking for a used Smart forTwo on the web and was pointed to Benzel Busch. What followed was, as my title states, the most enjorable car buying experience I've had (and, oh yes, I'm 66). My wife and I shared this tought in conversation as we walked to the lot after receiving the keys. My salesman, Arnold Priddy, contacted me via email, and from that point on he structured the the sale process to fit my needs and schedule. As much as I'm sure he wanted to close the sale, I was guided and assisted, not pushed and pressured, towards my choice and purchase.

First Time Customer...Customer for Life!

Not even a month old and my brand new Mercedes was hit on the L.I.E. and required bodywork. A very close friend, who has been a loyal Benzel-Busch customer for over 15 years, encouraged me to take my car here for repairs...and the experience was truly World Class! From the moment I pulled up and was greeted on a first name basis, to the personalized service I received from Chris Iseman, to the almost daily updates I received from David Stenberg my experience truly exceeded expectations. The entire team was extremely professional, and to be honest I have never received such hands on personalized service from a car dealership. I'm a believer and a Customer for Life!

The service was great. I took my car for regular service. The loaner was ready on my arrival. Service was completed in a few hours. Received a text for pick-up. When I arrived, I was able to leave in approximately 5 minutes. The service was timely and friendly.

Repair on my CLA

From the phone call to make the appointment, to dropping off and picking up the car all smoooth, fast and super accommodating. I had an annoying noise coming from the window, all fixed, ready the next day. They gave me a beautiful loaner car, plus they washed my car and vacuumed it! Very excellent service!
