lot. Not only did he make sure I received exactly what I wanted in a timely manner, he was completely upfront about everything. Marc made sure I was informed all the way through the deal from start to finish. After all said and done, Marc took the time to call me a couple different times to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I could not recommend a better salesman than Marc Beckett. When it is time for me to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely go back and deal with Marc.

Took vehicle to the dealership on a recall, removed my transmission twice, price for repairs went from 200 to 800 after the manager said they thought
all was good but had made a mistake by not replacing the part that was bad, then wanted me to pay 600 more dollars. After I paid the bill I asked if it had any kind warranty, he told me once I hit the street I was on my own!!?? So I guess that means you can fix it half assed because there is no warranty?? Had some issue after I left I returned and talked with service manager about it and he said there was no way he was going to work on my vehicle, he was done with it and would not work on it again or even look at the problem I had. Unfortunately I was about to buy a new truck from these folks and I had to tell the salesperson marc Beckett that I thought it would not be a good idea to buy from them considering the attitude the service manager had shown on a recall repair!! Now that's representing Ford in a big way!! Mark Beckett treated me very well and was very helpful, as for the service manager he was the very unprofessional and surely gave this dealership a black eye. I am sure I was not the first to have a bad experience with this person. I really am considering buying a Chevy or a Nissan and surely won't buy from this dealership. Should have went to Sarchionne!!
Sales person put me in a Ford Edge based upon my requirements for an s.u.v. all wheel drive with engine power. Gas mileage wasn't my prime concern. Sa
tellite radio is a huge plus to my family. Still get 22 mpg around town and up to 30 mpg hwy. Wonderful vehicle, great staff.
