Parts

Was on my way back home to Mississippi when my key fob started to act up. I pulled into Anderson Ford, went to the parts department. I have a 2017 Mazda CX 5. The guys had a heck of a time to remove the battery but finally succeeded. You guys ROCK. Thank you so much

I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer. The sales staff made it...

I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer. The sales staff made it pretty easy and now I understand why. I found out the the torque converter was already having problems (and they knew it) when I purchased it. Since I was 4 hours away, they offered to deliver it, which makes sense since I couldn't test drive it. I tried to follow up with my salesperson, but he never returned my calls. If this is the way they do business, be aware. I got took and its my own fault, but keep your eyes open with these guys.

Overall good service. No one had face masks on but myself even though Grand Island had very high COVID numbers (and was on national news several times)

Out of state WIN!!

I have bought cars from all over the country, But NEVER have I had such an honest simple low pressure completely fair experience as I had with Gary and Chris (Anderson Ford)! I called in to find that the vehicle I wanted to buy was already under contract and was told that if I?d like they would call me back if things didn?t go through. Ironically things didn?t go through and a few hours later I was called back. I was able to negotiate a good price, and perform all the paper work but the signatures required upon arrival. The whole experience took less than 30 minutes ( minus the small hiccup when their finance system was having difficulties.) the simple answer is yes I would recommend them to anyone (even my mother) they are honest and fantastic communicators. Thank you gentlemen for a great experience!

Dan White was very helpful in showing me the ford that I bought. Even took the time from his job to drive the truck to my house. Called the next day to make sure everything was going ok with the truck. And no high pressure sales I like that.

I was very pleased with the response I got when I had a flat tire...I had made an appointment to take it in to get it fixed. ..Then we found out it wouldn't hold air..So I called them back to say I was bringing it right a away..we was afraid it might ruin the tire so I pulled over...Ford came and took tire off took it to Ford facility and fixed it and brought it back and put it on and it was done...I was very pleased with it all...So thank you very much...
