This dealership has done a GREAT job in dealing with issues I had with a 2003 car that had been run through the shop and I was lead to believed to be a... certified used car with no issues. My original review was negative due to a communication problem with dealership. I now understand sold as is but this dealership has made a good faith attempt to correct the issues. I originally posted buyer beware due to the communication issues so I suggest to be patient with the process. We are still in the process of making the repairs due to having to order parts but was told there would be no charge. I have an issue with one of the repairs and will address in the future and believe the dealership wants a good relationship. I am WELL pleased with the dealership's response and will recommend buying a car there after this experience!
I was there at your clearance last week and got a car in the rain. I was told was put through the shop so good to go used car. I feel I got a buyer beware... situation since I had to put one interior door back in place and the other door the window does not go up or down. I also found a strip loose on the roof joint that the sales rep said should be glued down. Within 24 hours a check engine light came on. The dealer that sold it said bring it in. Service said did you buy a warranty. I was not offered a warranty. As soon as you got my money you were not willing to back the service I thought I was getting a certified car. I have been given the run around and at this point I would not buy another car for this dealership but I do not feel the dealership cares.
Roger, We wish you could have reached out to us before putting a bad review out there. You were in this morning, and we not only addressed all the is...sues but we did it with no charge to you, on a 20 year old vehicle that was not only sold "as-is condition with NO warranty" and because of its age we do not have any companies that offer a warranty to sell. The service team was not aware of the age or that you purchased it "AS-IS" so they were only trying to help and make sure we had all the right info by asking the question. Please update your review as this was put out there yesterday, and I would hope that after being here this morning, you see us in a different light, and that you are very happy with us now. We drove over 2 hours to buy a Premier Suburban, and although we were uncertain on making the trip we did get all our questions answered up front and when... we arrived it was the easy car purchase we have ever had. Ken was excellent and if you decide to visit them ask for Ken in sales he is great!

We used Fairfield for service on our gm vehicles, and today we just ordered a 2020 Corvette, and we even reached out to 3 other local dealers 2 couldn't... get us what we wanted and the 3rd supposedly has a low price guarantee but wants to charge you $5000 over sticker for a corvette yikes! we are Fairfield for life now, and the GM even came out and helped us finalize a few decisions on the order that will help ensure we get it sooner for next spring driving! these guys are the best!
