Great dealership

I really wasn’t expecting to buy a car, however I saw this unique car and decided to test drive it. Hannah was my sales person. So nice, professional and made this purchase so seamless and easy. No high pressure sales!

Great Experience

We started a vehicle search as our current car would require significant service/repair. It was not cost effective to do so with the year and mileage of the car. Thankfully, Fairfield had a replacement available with the same make and model and 5 years newer. This was the quickest purchase of a car we have ever made—within 24 hours! Our client advisor, Travis, was very helpful and went above and beyond to complete the process. The staff we had contact with were very personable and professional. Never expected to start 2023 with a new to us/used vehicle. Keep up the good work and Happy New Year to everyone at Fairfield Chevrolet!

Zach Rager is the best around!

Zach Rager and the team at Fairfield Chevy in Lewisburg PA changed my mind about car salesmen. Zach went above and beyond to answer my questions and find exactly what I was looking for. He was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was great! Good and friendly service.

Very nice and courteous employees here. Mr. Marc Molina greeted my wife and I with a friendly smile as we were looking around. We told him what we were interested in. He helped by showing us several different vehicles with different options which helped us decide on what we were looking for. We didn't jump right into buying anything and we still weren't sure we should even purchase a new vehicle just yet. Though we knew that if we did decide to purchase a new vehicle we would go through Marc. He struck us as a friendly, and understanding of our needs, kind of guy. So we looked at vehicle's on their website and found what we were after. Marc was able to get the vehicle to their lot and we were able to set up a convenient time to meet. He showed us and explained what each feature in the vehicle did or could do. The test drive was good. Now my wife and I are happy owners of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Marc and the team were very good, very nice, and very helpful. I would recommend Marc and the team to all who are reading this and considering to purchase a vehicle.

Where is my refund????

Purchased a used truck in June 2022, with the truck I decided on an extended warranty for the price of $2995.00. I thought about the warranty and decided that it wasn't worth it and went in a cancelled the warranty 2 days later in the finance office. In 3 weeks it will be 4 (FOUR) months and my $2995.00 has yet to be credited back to the bank where I financed the loan. I have visited the dealership twice, called 3 or 4 times, talked to the general manager and as of today 3 October 2022 still no refund to my account at the bank. All I get is that it takes 2 to 3 months for the paperwork to be processed, I say BS what the heck takes 3 months to cancel and return your money. Ther dealership got their money ASAP when I signed the papers and was approved for the loan. All I get is lip service about it taking 2 to 3 months to handle the paperwork. I say BS that $3000 is probably lying in an interest bearing account along with the many other cancelled warranties and making someone a nice piece of change. Think about how long 90 days is, it's a season, winter, to spring, spring to summer, almost 13 paydays if you get paid weekly, I have yet to have someone from the dealership get back to me and say we are working on it sir, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. They got their money now where the xxxx is mine??? A 79 year old Disabled Vietnam Veteran with 21 years in the U.S. Navy retired as a Chief Petty Officer, I expect life to be easier, not full of road blocks and crap like this. I think I deserve better.

Robert, We have addressed this issue with you, several of us have had this discussion with you. We are only able to do so much. We understand your frustration and would like this resolved much sooner than it has been, unfortunately there are several compounding issues with this situation, and we will have it resolved very soon, but again we have done everything we can at this point, all that's left to do is be patient while this processes through for you. Truly Sorry for your frustration but rest assured its a priority for us to see this through.

The best place to buy a car period.

From beginning to end everything was amazing. Marc was helpful, funny, and genuine. What usually is a very stressful experience got put to rest quickly thanks to Marc and the team at Fairfield. Thank you again. We love our new car.

Excellent salesmanship

Hannah deserves accolades for her sales follow up skills. I stopped into the dealership one afternoon and explained what I was searching for. She did her best and came up empty. Six weeks later she contacted me about a vehicle that somewhat matched. I declined the opportunity. Again she followed up when Fairfield secured the truck I was seeking. Hannah worked through the negotiating process and performed well. The vehicle transaction was not painful and she was thorough in her review. I commend Hannah for her attention to detail. I have a deposit on another vehicle at another dealership, and she stole the sale away.

After a second meeting I think its safe to say we are all pleased! Denny and Austin went above and beyond to discuss/explain what came to be an appreciative outcome.
